I was told by someone else that the HVAC unit was beyond repair. I passed that along to Wellman to save him a trip but he insisted on looking at it anyway. So glad he did. Turned out to be a problem he could fix same-day and I'm enjoying cold air again. Still recommend to replace my unit (it's almost 21 years old). That will happen hopefully sooner than later but for the sake of not melting in the heat, I'm very thankful he was here and worth every penny. Guy is a genius. Thank you!

After initially contacting this company, John Wellman came to our house (a 60 mile rt drive) to consult and give an estimate. We were impressed with his calm and professional demeanor. Instead of telling us what we needed, he listened to hear what we wanted. We agreed on a product and price, and within a day of starting the job, our new heat pump was installed and working beautifully. There some thing about John Wellman that made feel he was the one, I cancelled another appointment for the work and glad I did, not only was the installation completed on the day he told me but he found rust on my thirty year old furnace exhaust pipe and stated this was not good and had him preplace it an on seeing the furnace once it was removed I was glad John noticed it. John is a great guy and will gladly recommend him to anyone GREAT JOB JOHN

John is great. He went a step above to give me everything I asked for. This humidity system will save my new wood floors and protect my very expensive guitars from the very dry climate here. I will be using John for all of my future jobs.
