I called them and they made an immediate appointment. Were right ontime. Had explained on phone what was happening- so when the serviceman got here he told me it was one of three things. Was correct in first diagnosis was also least expensive. The thermostat was out and when he took back panel off you could see was all iced up. He thawed this out, double checked that it was the thermostat, luckily he had the correct one in his truck. Changed it - made sure it was workingand running correctly before he left- he also cleaned up any water on floor and in freezer which had leaked. He was here a litle over an hour - total charge was approximately $158.00 - that included trip charge, hourly services charges and cost of part. Checked cost of part online after he left and I would have been able to get it only $4.00 cheaper than what they charged me. I would definately use them again and would reccommend to anyone also.

Came on time ,adjusted ice maker found hose disconnected works great now. Had a previous service call by a national company did not find problem said cost of repair would be so much might as well look into new refrigerator

My freezer was leaking water into my fridge. Once the tech got to the house and I explained that I had already tried depfrosting it, etc. he knew it was an issue with the way the ice builds up in the drain pan. He installed a metal piece to help conduct the heat to stop the ice from building up. It took him less than an hour start to finish. The work was completed three weeks ago and my freezer has not leaked since.

The is an excellent company. They came out the same day I called, were courteous and honest. They fixed my dishwasher in about 20 minutes and the cost was reasonable. i did not feel that I was being taken advantage of.

V&L did an excellent job on the repair and were right on time. Repairman was very friendly and I will use them again.

The initial cost for the initial fix didn't actually fix it, however they didn't charge us anymore. They continuted to come out and make sure it was fixed. They ordered another part and it was at their expense. I felt we had good service.

They were there before the time they said they would be there. They replaced it and it has been running great since. They were referred from a friend. They were very professional, very nice and very courteous.

They were very thorough in trying to find the problem with my dishwasher. It turned out to be a simple fix.

Dryer stopped heating on Friday. Spouse called V & L appliance repair. booked appointment for Monday. Luke came and checked dryer. Computer panel shorted. Orderd a new one. Followning Monday came with new part. Wrong part. Dryer had a Tag that was unreadable because of its location. Luke ordered the correct part and was back out on Thursday. Installed new part and checked operation. Luke was very polite and prompt. Overall time was 11 business days, no vault of this company. We will call them again when needed. Happy with service and cost was as expected.

They arrived when he said they would at the time of the service call. Very knowledgable and friendly. Would use them again for sure, highly recommended.

We had V&L Appliance Services come out to assess and later replace two parts of our dishwasher that were under warrantee. Great techs, great skill, quick and clean. Would surely use them again if needed.

They just did a really thorough job of examining it to see what was wrong. Immediately they told me what the problem was. They went back to give me an estimate on the total cost and called back to say the cost was more than the machine was worth. They were very reliable and very honest. I've used them for 15 years.
