Home user and small business PC expert. Remote PC repair. 22 years in business. Licensed and insured. Because I was a computer idiot before I became a computer technician, I have a better understanding of what most people go through with their computers. I'm happy to provide information and explain any situation I can. It is my goal to empower my customers, so they don't feel intimidated by their computer or the Internet. I am friendly, reliable and have reasonable rates. I always put the best interests of my customers first. I've had great success teaching people of all ages anything from using e-mail to scanning photos and creating documents. I am very senior friendly and will never make you feel stupid. You are always invited to email me or call with any questions you might have. I am happy to help by phone or mail. In addition to PC repair, I can also set up your wireless printer, or mostly anything a tech could do onsite. My goal is customer satisfaction. If there is a problem I cannot solve, I will find someone who can solve it for us.
I told her the problem clearly and succinctly at the first. She told me her rates. She then asked me if I was using the printer screen or a computer app to start the scan. I told her that the computer to printer was working. Then she went on to claim I hadn't answered her question and kept asking it, and treating me like a complete idiot. I insisted I had answered, and we both got escalated more and more until she said she couldn't work with me and just about hung up on me. Mindi is the rudest person, hands-down, I have ever met in my life!

I do not believe this lady spoke to me...If it was me, I can only apologize and say that I always try to help my customers by phone first if possible and I never charge for that service. If I seemed rude then I was probably frustrated and trying my best to be helpful. Again I can only apologize and offer to be of service in the future.

Description of Work: I spoke with the Computer Lady's daughter, and the Computer Lady, about my problem PC. Both were very honest and helpful -- they both dissuaded me from using their services, pointing out that what I REALLY needed at this point was a newer machine. I concurred. They saved me from wasting my money and I'm grateful.

Mindy is highly competent, professional, and efficient. She showed up at the scheduled time. She accomplished in an hour what I thought would take 1.5-2 hours. She was worth every penny that she charged. In addition, she is just a nice person and was a pleasure to talk to. The experience could not have been better.

She was really good, and there wasn't anything that I didn't like. The repairs were very reasonable, and it was an all-round positive experience. I would definitely use her again in the future. If I ever need to purchase a refurbished computer, she would be the one I would go to looking for one.
Description of Work: I used The Computer Lady for computer repair. Mindy Liepitz is the owner. When I had a problem with my computer and needed something done with it; instead of me disconnecting my computer and hauling it down there for her look at it, she came here to do an assessment before she took it to fix it. That helped a lot because I didn't have to disconnect until she was actually ready to look at it. When it was ready, she brought it back and I didn't even have to leave home.
