We contacted The Chimney Doctor to find out our options and were very impressed with his knowledge. He lets us know all of our options and which one would be the best route to go with what we were wanting to accomplish. He was able to help us find the perfect insert for our homes set up. Once the proper insert was gotten then he ordered the rest of the supplies needed and then installed it for us. The install went flawlessly and he made sure that he took his time and did everything the proper way, even if it meant taking more time. After it was installed he then spent more time making sure that it not only worked as it should but that it looked amazing while doing it. He also took the time to make sure we knew how to properly burn in our stove to get the best results, as well as how to up keep it between services so it keeps looking it best as well as working its best. Its wonderful to see someone so proud of a job well done. I would recommend his services to anyone, and will be contacting him and only him for my future chimney needs!
