+ -1 moreThe contractor coordinated having proper heavy equipment on-site for excavation and dirt removal. The contractor had considerable trouble getting a cover for the egress well that fit. This was no fault of the contractor and in fact he took on having a custom made cover at, I suspect, considerable cost over run. He was committed to providing a quality, finished product that satisfied his customer. I appreciated that the contractor left us nearly 2 Qts of left over paint and also considerable extra gravel for our driveway. I would highly recommend Seth Luksha for remodeling work.
Description of Work: They removed about 60 sq ft of sidewalk, excavated for and installed a basement egress window with a cover then regraded and poured replacement sidewalks. They hauled off all construction debris and left a quality looking product.
