Chad came out and inspected old cooler. Quoted replacement with new Master Cool unit. Price was reasonable for the task (steep roof, two story). After getting other quotes I called him back to schedule. His crew came out on scheduled day and coordinated with crane crew to lift new unit to roof. Job went very smoothly. Price was as agreed upon. Good Work I hired this company previously to install a gas line in a crawl space. Similar experience.

Excellent! Immediate service on a midnight call with great attitude and service. Call out premium was very reasonable.

I think they're very personable, they're very prompt, they're very efficient, they're reasonably priced and he also give s a detailed description of what he will do and when he's finished he goes over his bill item by item to make sure it's totally understood. Not only was the work good but when we had a problem with one of the coolers he came out immediately to fix it at no cost to me.
Description of Work: I used Rescue 1 Plumbing for plumbing services. I used them on May 5th for them to provide a summer start up for my coolers and they replaced a bad overflow tank for my water heater and they also put a pressure reduction valve in for me.
