They were nice and had a good reputation in town so I used them despite thinking their bid was very high. This was a high quality piece of furniture and I wanted it to look good. When it was finished the upholstery was not tight and the replaced cushions and their covers looked amateurish. Within one month the cushions went flat and the fabric became slack because they were not stuffed enough. I had paid extra in the beginning to have them restuffed as they were not full when I first received them. The fabric was a high quality commercial grade and did not stretch. In spite of this the back and sides were loose. Now the couch is back in to be retightened and the cushions restuffed. The back cushions however look so bad we are not even using them. Needless to say I am very disappointed and now wish I had bought a new sectional.
Description of Work: They reupholstered a sectional (2 pieces) and replaced the cushions. n
