Ken was prompt with an estimate and took ample time to explain what work needed to be done. He then came and did all the prep work. He had 2 helpers but Ken was also here all the time. They all worked well. I know the prep work of removing and scrapping off old paint is crucial for the longevity of the new coat of paint. Ken did a great job of prepping everything...including the old garage which had some really bad areas. The paint job came out beautifully, he used 3 different colors. Ken paid extreme attention to details when painting. For example the downspouts and gutters were painted specific colors and he even painted parts (like little gable areas) up on the roof that I only noticed and could only see when actually on the roof! The contractor work he did on the garage doors came out nice too. The garage doors are now functional and match the house. Ken and his crew were always on time and worked hard. They were always pleasant. Ken took the time to talk us through colors and was patient with our indecision!
