Spent $3,000 with them to replace and wire 2 lift station pumps. Less than a week later they weren't working. They came out and cut a pump out and told me it was jammed with something. Unprofessionally, they said it's my problem now and turned the whole system off and left. We had to call a different company out to fix Pro Rooters mistakes. They found a large thick zip tie was stuck in the pump, burning up the motor. (the same zip ties Pro Rooter used to hang the wires) It looked like they had just dropped one while working. Pro Rooter WASTED $3,000 of my money. Oh, and they also damaged my stucco on my house and didn't even mention it to us. Just left it and took off, kind of like they did with the broken pump. I would STAY AWAY from these guys unless you like flushing money!!

Two unskilled workers ran the camera through the line. They could not evaluate what they saw but would take film to the office which would call me. Over two months after I paid $135 and numerous calls to the office I still have no results.

Pro Rooter gave me a bid of $7000 to trenchlessly repair my main line. $6000 to dig up a strip of my cement patio. They ran a camera through the line and located where the problem section was. They were completely wrong about where the line runs. I’m so glad I didn’t pay them $6000 to tear up the wrong part of my patio. They then left without replacing the cap on our cleanout and flooded our basement with sewage. At first they denied this and said they put the cap back on, then they offered to hire a remediation company to clean up the basement. We had already cleaned it up. They offered us 10% off their bid. They have not offered to repay us for our damaged belongings or our time. Had they offered to do the job for free, we would have declined because we don’t feel they know what they are doing.

They had to bring equipment in and remove the toilet stool. They seemed to be careful and did not want to mess up your floors or anything. He seemed knowledgeable. We ran into roots so they took camera pictures of the drain and gave me some advice as to what to do to try to combat them in the future. They were a little pricey for what they did, but I guess nothing is cheap any more. Their responsiveness was good.
