Very happy with my choice for contractor!!! The room addition is beautiful, it was done on time and was $9000 cheaper than other bids. When I contacted them for a bid, there were two other reviews on Angie’s List and neither was glowing. They had done a shed for me in the past and I had no complaints, so I decided to get a quote anyway. I worked with Chad S and not only has he lived up to written promises, any verbal concerns or changes were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. This was my first time d*** a large project and I really didn't know what I was doing, so I had some changes and additions once the project was underway. Chad was always helpful and I never felt he was taking advantage of my naivety. I was a little worried about horror stories of cost overruns, but there was only one added cost and it wasn’t completely unexpected. Chad had mentioned the possibility up front and I felt the additional cost was very fair. There was also quite a bit of damage to the yard, but again, Chad had warned me in advance there would be damage because weather conditions were less than ideal. Work was done in the winter; they had to thaw the ground and then it became a muddy mess. Considering conditions, I am surprised that the work was done on time and pretty darn close to budget. They built me a beautiful 13X16 room addition, complete with matching stucco and a 10 X 12 shed in just about 6 weeks, in some pretty foul weather conditions. All in all, I would highly recommend Mor Storage as a general contractor, as long as Chad is the project manager. I will definitely be contacting them for future projects!

The provider couldn't adequately anchor the pole barn due to the extensive rock present. I had to drill into the rock, put in rebar and pour a concrete pad to anchor the barn before installation. After that, the provider did an excellent job erecting the structure.

The prices were very high. They told me that my budget was not one they would work with.

They called us when they were on their way, which was appreciated. The job was delayed somewhat because the roof tiles were the wrong color. Other than that, we were here the whole time the work was being done & were very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, & work ethics.
