WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER! Never showed up when scheduled, used inexperienced laborers who did what they wanted and wasted a lot of time standing around and doing nothing. Sod laid incorrectly, trees planted incorrectly, but all I got was arguments and unfounded justifications from Moses 'Bob' and no fix. Finally did send someone out to correct leaning fence posts incorrectly installed and sagging gate, but not done completely. Fixed sod problems myself. Don't think trees will come back next year as were lifeless this year but don't expect warranty honored. Rarely returned calls, if ever. Moses 'Bob' Garcia registered agent on CO SOS website for LSI Construction - used one name on contract and another when contracting for work and accepting pmts. Made down pmt and he told me that he had spent the money and needed more to complete the job, as he had spent my money on other projects. Constant rhetoric about others not paying bills and needing money to complete job. Contract had warranty but good luck reaching him for that work... Warranty up in Nov 2012, repeated calls re second sagging gate, no response to daily calls for repairs. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. In addition DOES NOT CALL FOR LOCATE before commencing any work and laborers have reputation for cutting into water lines etc. during installation.
