The crew was very professional, keeping the worksite clean at the end of each day. They arrived early each morning, worked consistently, finished in time.

I'm very pleased with the results. Faulty construction over 30 years created my two issues and over the years I had numerous attempts to fix the leak by various roofing contractors--who always tried to patch it rather than start over. The Kruger "Mikes" came up with a solution to fix both the leak as well as the insulation challenges. The immediate difference was dramatic. Roof stopped leaking and the temperature in the room went down almost 15 degrees. The guys showed up on time, kept a very clean work space, very professional. I would highly recommend Kruger.

Very Pleased. Work was completed in 3 days. The site was well maintained and Kruger Roofing maintained a safe site. The new roof was much nicer than the old one, even when the old was new - over 30 years ago. Products were much better and the finish on the edge of the roof never existed until they installed one.

First of all, I had to call several times just to figure out when they were coming to do an estimate and figure out what was wrong with my leaking roof. Then after I received the quote it took several more calls to find out when the work would be done. The work done was sloppy. They left roof screws all over the ground below the roof. And to top it all off, the roof leaked in the same places a year later. Horrible company.

They were going to set it way out if for a "bid only" but came out next day when we said a repair order. $123 for the gentleman to inspect, inform us of what was the ongoing issue, and spread tar along the seam of the roof where the main dwelling meets the garage. We later received a bid for fixing the leak by reroofing the areas where the dormer comes off the main dwelling and where the garage meets the main dwelling. Have not done any comparison shopping, so do NOT know if it was a fair bid or not. Called Krueger based on their excellent reputation and good reviews on this list, as well, but at that time we were unaware that they were under new ownership. May have to comparison shop at this point because we don't know if their bill and bid are staying within what is currently fair pricing. He admitted that the black tar on our desert sand 10 yr old roof would not look very good, but it should stop some leakage until the specific roofing in the valleys is replaced.

I received a call from them approximately three weeks after my initial call to the company. When they did call and say they would send someone out it took about a week for the person to come out and examine the roof. There was still quite a bit of snow on it. After I received and returned their estimate, their workman came out the next week and did the work. It took him a few hours and he did a good job and he was very nice and professional. My ceiling was leaking when I called and I would have preferred a faster response, but I still would recommend the company.

I have a fairly new roof, except for one flat drain pan area of about 75 sq, ft. that was not replaced previously. It started to leak a little, and I called Kruger. I am 20 miles from town, and it took them several weeks to get out to look at it (snow on the roof part of that time). They recommended an EPDM membrane application (similar to commercial flat roofs), which was pricey for the small area involved. Once I signed the agreement, they moved quickly, and the one guy they sent was knowledgeable, experienced, professional, polite and a steady worker who got the job done in a day and a half. Cleanup was good. I have extensive experience as a landlord, and know a good job when I see one. This was completely satisfactory.

We were very satisfied with the service and promptness of this company. Some roof companies didn't return our calls.. One company came out, chopped ice on a small section but would not go on roof until snow was gone. We have not had any problems to date with leaks since repair. Thanks so much to Kruger Roofing.

Originally I called East West Roofing because they did a job earlier this summer for me, however after several calls and just getting put off, I called Kruger Roofing because they had a good rating on this site. Kruger Roofing was very punctual in calling me back and setting up an appointment to inspect the leak issue. Arron not only inspected the leak issue, but was able to fix it on the spot. Hopefully this leak saw it's last days. The flashing was not installed properly when the house was built, so now if is fixed. I would not hesitate to recommend Kruger Roofing to do any of your roof repair. Thanks Arron for a great job.

I worked with Mike Baumann to replace the old roof on my Mom's carport. I live in a different state but Mike's responsiveness and attention to detail made me feel his company was the right choice. They did a terrific job making my Mom feel comfortable with the work they were going to do on her house. I talked with her last week (Sept. 2013) and the roof has held up well with no leaks through the August rainy season.

They were on time. So far it seems that they did a good job. They were very courteous as well.

Kruger Roofing presented the low bid, but I was more impressed by their cordial professionalism during the initial visit and assessment. Mike Balman was thorough and efficient and answered all my questions satisfactorily. The workers arrived on schedule and did a very good job. They cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. When I inspected the roof and noticed some areas that needed follow up for detailing, Mike came out himself and inspected the roof and then instructed the roofers to complete everything to my satisfaction, which they did. There was no hassle, the work was completed on time and at the quoted price. The roof looks great and has not leaked at all during subsequent heavy rainfalls. All in all I am very satisfied and would recommend Kruger Roofing to anyone.

My experience with Kruger and Mike who gave me the estimate and performed the work, was entirely favorable. The work was prompt and of high quality. The cost was less than half the amount of the highest estimate that I received. I will definitely call them again.

Last year we had some soffitt work done and this year we noticed a leak. The problem ended up being a couple of areas where the drip edge had not been properly reattached. We acquired several estimatesand ended up going with the least expensive.

Over all the experience with Kruger Roofing was positive. They responed quickly to initial call and provided a proposal giving options and recommmendations as to the work to be done. The only problem we experienced was that they did not notify us of a start date and just showed up to begin work at the same time that our staff was beginning to arrive which caused some concern, but they quickly apologized for the oversite. They were finished with the job in two to three days leaving the jobsite clean. About two months after completion we discovered a leak in the new section of roof. They were again quick to respond by fixing not only the area where the leak occured but also checking for any other areas that might cause problems.

I called to get an estimate of how much it would cost to do the work, and see if the main leaking problem was due to the skylights or a bad roofing job 3yrs earlier. Mike gave one of the best estimates, and was glad to have him work on the house. He gave an invoice which was exactly what was estimated and not altered after the work was done. Sometimes the hours were not the greatest in getting in contact with him, but responded in an appropriate anount of time to my voicemail or messages left in the office. I would fully recommend this company to anyone with flatroof problems.

They did a great job for us. We have a large home that was built in the 1970s. It had 35 + year old double layer, thick cedar shake roof on it. We called Kruger, they came out quickly and we received their bid within a day or two after calling them. We agreed on a price and he told us when they could start. There were no change of start dates. They came when they said they would. The bid said they'd start on a Monday and be done on a Friday. They were done by Friday morning. They disposed of all the old cedar shake and old tar paper. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The roof was replaced with asphalt shingles. They also added metal fascia. When they were done, everything was clean. Not even a stray nail was left behind. They were very professional. We have recommended them to others and will continue to recommend them.

The estimator came and talked to us and measure the roof. He explained exactly what they would do, and our options. A couple days later we had the estimate. We scheduled the work when it was convenient to us with no pressure. They did the work in a little over a day. They were very professional. The roof looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Started on time, cleaned up debris from removal with no damage to landscaping. Completed re-roofing and did additional minor repairs at no charge. Frendly people to deal with and work performed in a professional manner.

I had Kruger Roofing come out and give and estimate for some repairs that I needed on my roof. It took a couple of days before they got back to me but the gentlemen appoligized and said that they had been a bit busy. I found the estimate very reasonalbe for the repairs that need to be done. I mailed the estimate back with my signature and with in 4 days the repairs were done. The gentleman that came out and gave the quote was very knowledgable and I felt he really knew what he was talking about. I would definatly use them again.

The work was done expediently. and the job site cleaned up. They were professional and helpful. Their inspection and estimates were thorough, and I was left feeling like I could totally trust them with the job. I appreciated their honesty in informing me of my options. They were truly looking out for their customer's interests. We plan to use them when we do our re-roof.

They are excellent. They guys who did the work did not make a mess. They got it done right away. I recommend them to everybody now. The price is really reasonable.
