John Meuler Flooring

I called John on a Sunday afternoon to make an appointment for an estimate on the floor. I also called 4 other contractors. John came over that evening before I even got a call back from the other contractors. I explained what I wanted - Install tile and grout in the kitchen and hallway, I told him I would remove the old floor, prep the site, and dispose of the construction waste, and seal the grout. He gave me a quote (this was over a year ago and I cannot remember the exact, price but it was between $400 and $700). He didn't give a written quote, preferred a handshake, but said he would if I wanted. I agreed on the handshake. John finished the job on the third day, just how long he told me it would take, advised me on the best way to go about maintaining the tile and sealing it. The price was exactly the price we agreed upon. The tile turned out beautifully! We have had it for over a year and have not had any problems. I got his name out of the phone book and feel really lucky that I chose Meuler Tile.
