It was very good. They were recommended by a friend because we recently moved to Junction so we really don’t know anybody. It was a one-time service. They used spray around the outside. I’m not sure what they used on the inside because I had to go out for a couple of hours while they do that. I was thinking it was mostly spray. The guy was very clean and neat. He asked what we needed. He asked what our problems were. He gave us time to put stuff away that needed to be put away. He locked the door when he left. He was very professional. The service was excellent. There are still ants in the yard and stuff but that’s not what they were here to do. In Colorado, they are only licensed to do the house or you have to have yard people to do the yard. For the house itself, it’s been excellent. I haven’t seen any ants or one or two spiders since. It’s a very reasonable price for what I got. I didn’t get any quotes. This people were recommended as doing an excellent job. Quality is excellent. I haven’t had any problem since. I called them up and they had me an appointment within a couple of days. He was very prompt.

They were a little slow coming back for a followup visit but it appears the problem is now under control. Very responsive on first visit. Professional handling of the problem and person doing the work appeared to very knowledgeable.

I have no complaints at all. I was pleased with the service. They showed up early on both appointments. The termites have also been erradicated at this time. I recommend this company to others. They are a family owned business and I found them to be reasonably priced as well.

I have only used them the one time. It went really well. They were on little late, but not only 15-20 minutes late. Technician was very nice and he tried to work around me because I was in a hurry. In comparison to other big companies the cost was good. It took me a couple of times to get a hold of them.
