Brent and his staff worked a miracle for us. Wow! What a great service we we're able to Glady pay for and how he truly knew his stuff.

I was out of town and received a call from tenant that air conditioning unit wasn't working properly. I explained to Brett that he would need to contact tenant and set up time for them to come out. Everything went smoothly and necessary work was done promptly. I will definitely use them again and would be happy to refer.

The work was done on schedule and on budget. They were as neat as they could be with the work requiring cutting into drywall. The cleaned up afterwards which was great.

Very courteous and informative. Explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. Fixed the boiler when he was here to service/ fix the swamp cooler. I had an issue with the boiler and he offered to take a look. Will be using this company for any future work and winter/summer maintenance.

They had all the right tools and were able to work around my schedule. They even checked out the water heater to see if it might be coming up for some unseen maintenance . I would bring this quality of service and a extremely please and well knowledgeable guy back anytime

As they were walking away from the house, they heard the water was still running and felt it should have stopped. So they lugged their ladder back up the road and made sure they were no leaks. They did this despite the cold rainy weather.

Brett was very personable, polite and knowlegable during the inspection and estimate. He took pictures of the problems he found. He recommended replacement of my evap. cooler and knew every detail of the rebates being offered in that field. He preferred to fill out all the paperwork and submit them! When he and Chris returned to do the job, they worked together like a machine. They added 4 new vents in various rooms, replaced the cooler, scrubbed my stained roof and cleaned everything up in 6 hours. You won't be sorry you called them!
