Hector's Creative Flooring

Bathroom: Hector told us he did bath remodels. Gave a bid and proceeded. The bath tiles were NOT lined up and were off centers, grout was missing and sloppy, edges were left unfinished around tub as well as vanity. Floor was not put in right and off centered as well! Sink plumbing broke under the cabinet causing water flood on main floor as well as downstairs. The toilet leaked and wont shut off resulting in a $50.00 water bill! He left the old plumbing behind the toilet sticking out and didnt drywall it up and texture it to match the rest of the room. We fired him and he still begged for money telling us of his ill health. The job took way longer than bid out but we wanted him out so we could muddle thru it. That is just up to date. We will now have to go thru everything checking what else is not correct with the project. I will never use this man again for any reason for anything! Hardwood Floor: Another location: Bad flooring was used instead of putting it aside and using good wood resulting in peeled planks and rough edges in the floor. When asked to come back and replace or repair, he said it was just the floor and he couldnt do anything about it to call the floor salesman or manufacturer! He left it that way. Again, I will never use this man for any reason and anything! I write this late but want to do what I can to make sure no one else is treated as we have been! Getting madder each time we have insident.
