Every time we have called Bill the service was outstanding. He has been able to respond right away and gets the job done right the first time. He even goes beyond the role of plumber. When he installed the gas line in our kitchen, he helped my husband move in the new stove. When it didn't quite fit, Bill went to get some tools and widened the counter so it would fit. It sure is nice to know we have someone like Bill to call when we need plumbing help.

We woke up at 5.30 am to a flooding garage from a burst pipe from the water heater system. We had used Hays plumbing in the past and placed the call. Bill Hayes (owner) came within 3 hrs. The system was 18 years old and he showed us several places that were ready to blow, had been leaking or were rusting. He also showed us the rust on the water heater itself and we saw that it was also ready to blow a hole. He gave us several options on replacement of the water heater and we chose a top of the line system. It was a little more expensive but had a much better warranty. Some of the lines and pumps for the floor board heating also had to be replaced. We knew this replacement was getting a little close but the decision was made for us and we are very happy with Bill Hayes. He spent the whole day getting everything fixed. We would recommend him to anyone. His prices are very reasonable and we feel he is honest and above board with his suggestions.
