Description of Work: They have done work for us before and everything was fine. This past time, they came out and replaced a part. They did some maintenance too.

 + -1 moreWayne from Haining spent a few hours diagnosing the problems and identifying replacement parts that need to be ordered. He was back 2 days later with the parts and spent another 2 hours installing. Problems solved - system is noticeably quieter and vibration eliminated. Service was very efficient and professional. This is the second time I have received service from Haining and find them very professional and reliable. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 noisy (squealing) dampers and a blower wheel that was out of alignment and causing a vibration. Serviced HVAC system.

 + -1 moreThey did not call back. We called a few other companies and went with someone else. I was unhappy as they seemed like a good company but they did not try to communicate at all. My husband did talk to them on the first call and they said they would call back and they did not.

 + 0 moreThe job went alright. He came out and was only there for 55 min but I was charged for two hours. I called the company and they said I was charged for travel time. When I asked for an estimate over the phone there was no mention of travel time. It was added after the fact and I had to reach out to company. When I spoke with the woman in the office and asked her why it was so much extra for travel time and she did not have an answer.
Description of Work: I had them come out to service my boiler and water heater.

 + -1 moreWe had a faucet that was leaking and I thought it could be repaired with just replacing the cartridge but that didn't work. The plumber that they sent had to go back to his shop to get a new faucet and come back and install it. I am not at all pleased with them. When I get around to it, I will have to have another plumber come and repair what they didn't get done correctly with the installation. I certainly couldn't recommend them.

 + 0 moreI felt that I got a great service for the money and was very pleased that the company did not try to get an extra hourly rate by coming after hours.
Description of Work: The timer on my water heater had a small leak that was discovered late one night. We phoned Haining who walked us thru the steps to mitigate the issue so it was not an emergency and could be handled during regular business hours. The plumber arrived the next day. He discussed what the maximum price would be if a part they had in stock had to be replaced. Fortunately he was able to repair the situation without replacing the expensive part. He also took the time to explain my water heating timer so I could reset it on my own. He also installed a shut off which would save time and money in the future if this situation ever happened again. He was there for at least an hour. When he told me the total bill, I was relieved and felt that I did get a good value for what he did and repaired.
