GUTTERMEISTER

.Rick measured the gutters perfectly, gave us color options and came out and installed seamless gutters all the way around the home. He did a walkthrough prior to installation to make sure I was happy with the downspout placement and type. He provided an option for the lawnmower to get under the grass easily as well. He also offered to come back out after the first lawn mow to adjust any downspout placements, if needed. Professional, timely, and reasonable rate for a job well done. I would recommend the Guttermeister to my family and friends.

We were given a rough verbal estimate without a breakdown or set fee. We placed several phone calls leaving messages over a three week period to discuss service. They have never returned a single phone call.

Contacted for an estimate. Would not breakdown cost or supply breakdown on parts to be used, just gave me aprx cost. Put down competitors, very pushy. Asked what he could do to get my business, told him to break down estimate including materials to be used, and give me total and said no, if he did that someone would underbid him. Would not give me a written estimate. Wanted to know when he could start the job. Told him I would not make a decision without more information. Told me to call him and let him know what I decided, but apparently couldn't take time to follow up with me. Not impressed with him as he was owner of company, and did not seem to care about customer service, only getting the job and the money. Whined about all the competition in the area. Found company that was reliable and had word of mouth references, stood behind their bid 6 months later and used them - ROCKY MOUNTAIN GUTTERS. Would never recommend to anyone and certainly didn't use.

Working with Rick at Guttermeister was a pleasure. We disucssed what was required over the telephone, sent him some photos of the house (via e-mail) and he got back to us with a very fair bid. We agreed on the price, color, materials, etc and set the installation date. Rick arrived on time and the work was completed professionally. He worked with us on best locations for downspouts and used extra heavy materials in areas on the roof subject to hard freezing. We were completely pleased with the work and happily suprised when the final bill was less than initial bid. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for gutter work.

The response was that they'd charge $50 for a service call and about $30 for the downspout. But since they would "lose money on the job" they would not do it. They did not suggest any other company that would be willing to take the job.

Good experience, estimate to completion. On time, professional explanations of needs. Prompt completion. Could have done a better job of cleanup in the driveway. Overall,quite satisfied, and will use again.
