We are so impressed with the service performed by Foundation Repair of Western Colorado. Jason was exceptional in leading us through the preparation process prior to the repairs. The repair crew - David, Dmarreo, and Daniel were also exceptional…it was so refreshing to have a such a courteous , hardworking , and professional crew. The entire process inspired confidence that our choice to have our foundation repaired by this company was a very good one

We moved into a log home and the inspector missed some serious foundation issues with one of the rooms. The room had no side wall and was sinking. Travis was the first to come over and talk to us and gave a couple option for a repair. I have to give this whole team some credit. No one has Xray vision and no one knows exactly what they might find when the project is underway. So you sort of have to go in this with an open mind. I would say my mind was about 75% open and I was pretty nervous. I had no idea where our water line was coming in from but I did know it was going to be where the lift was going to happen. This is where Blake and his team came in. Blake was the foreman and in charge of the project. I truly appreciate a good communicator and listener and Blake was that. He listened to my harp on how nervous I was with screwing up the water line (water in the county at least where I am at is already a fun time, so I did not need more headaches). Blake found the water line by hand digging carefully. Showed me where it 90'd and that was that, well it was enough for them to move forward with the project. A crack in the foundation was also found and was remedied. All in all, I was impressed by all 3 men. The amount fo labor that goes into digging holes is hard hard work. They did not complain once. It rained the second day as well. No complaints. It took 2 days, 4 piers later, some unknowns popped up and dealt with, and I set up a 1 year follow up for new measurements to take place. Blake and his team were awesome. Good people. Respectful. Anytime something came up, they told me about it and cleared it with me first. Even the smallest of things like bush roots needing to be dug away (yes please, anything to stop the room from sagging). Thanks guys.

Very amazing results! Far better than hoped for, even better results than we were told to expect! Water now drains AWAY from the foundation, and it was done in less than a day!

Foundation Repair adjusted existing push piers and installed additional push piers to re-level the house due to settlement. Workers were efficient, competent, courteous, and explained the process thoroughly. Foundation Repair stood by their warranty. We only had to pay for a 5-year service plan with Foundation Repair, for the replacement of concrete (dug up to access push piers) by a third party, and will have to pay for repair to drywall and paint damaged during leveling process (which was anticipated).

Fantastic. Very professional. Finished the job in less time than budgeted. Everyone we met with re: the project, engineers, sales, and crew were pleasant, professional, helpful.

The crew was timely, respectful, and conscious of my belongings. The appearance of the job is excellent. We have not had our heavy rains yet so I can't comment on how well the water is being contained, but, I believe that they did what was called for. I expect that the work they did will cure the problem. I should know in about month.

As anticipated, except work in crawl space resulted in lots & lots of dust in house, which must now be cleaned. They also broke a phone line, but paid for repair, so OK.

They did a fantastic job These guys are fountains of knowledge and wisdom and really helped me understand the scope and scale of the project. They were also great about giving me advice on other projects I had going. Every question or concern I had was explained to me with as much detail as necessary- often times with on-the-spot sketches. These guys teach- not dictate and declare. But, the best thing is, Keith and the guys are still there. They still answer my questions and never leave me feeling like I'm imposing (even tho I am!). The entire crew was very respectful of my home at every turn. Plastic on the floors where ever they walked; very cautious not to ding door frames and walls. I got the feeling they treated my home as if it were their own. The guys were polite and friendly; they were there when they said they would. One of the laborers even tracked me down a month after the job finished to give me a framed picture of my bulldog, Sluggo, who was there with them every day, keeping watch! If only my builder was as fastidious and professional as these guys- I wouldn't have needed their services! Working with these guys was a bright spot in an otherwise painful process.

Work crew always showed up on time, & were very professional. Work was done as described in contract., and clean-up when the job was finished was amazing. Except where cement had to be removed, one would never know any work was done.

Extremely pleased with Foundation Repair - Western Colorado. Jason came to my home and analyzed the problem and gave options for repair. He was polite, prompt and professional. Repair was scheduled around my availability. Larry and Landon arrived as scheduled to perform the slab leveling. They were both extremely polite, thoughtful, and professional. The radiant heating elements within the concrete slab were identified, small hole drilled through concrete slab (avoiding heating coils), polymer leveling material was injected through drilled holes in a meticulous manner and slab raised. While there was very little mess (just some dust from concrete drilling), Larry and Landon were sure to clean up the work area. Final cost was slightly less than original estimate.

Foundation Repair came in and performed their job in an extremely professional and caring manor. I am a single woman and was very concerned about this whole process. The crew that came in worked efficiently, constantly and very hard. The took every measure imaginable to ensure the least disruption in my life and the least damage to the home. Needless to say this was an enormous project but they had it completely done in 3 days. The house was left very clean and they removed all debris and swept up everything very nicely. I must say this was an amazing group to work with from the time the evaluator stepped in the front door to the moment they all said goodby. I would highly recommend Foundation Repair of Western Colorado and thank them for their hard work and concern for my home and myself.

Ted and his crew were amazing and did everything they promised when they fixed our foundation. They were timely, professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about what it would take to make our house level again. They might not be the cheapest structural contractor, but they are the BEST!
