 + -1 moreAll I can report on is the quality of the grass. I had a landscaper do the work I had no direct dealings with the company itself. The grass was good quality and filled in very nice. I gave the punctuality a "D" because I had wait almost two additional weeks after the grass was supposed to be here. The landscaper said he arranges his jobs so he gets grass for several of them at a time. He said that when he went to get ti for my job they had lost the order. Who know, Maybe the landscaper did not order it. Ether way I had to wait.

 + -1 moreI received the most wonderful customer service from the very beginning. Allen the owner of the company was quick to return all phone calls and was very informative and willing to help. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver continued the great service. When I ran a few rolls short on sod by me mismeasuring I called Allen and he cut more for me that day. What a great company I will use them whenever possible for all my sod needs. Thanks again GRASSROOTS!!!
