We did not hear from this company in a timely manner. We have already solved our problem. They did not work for us

They were great, they were on time and they did a great job at getting right to the problem. The price was reasonable, and they had a part the next day. They were friendly, and were able to fix the stove quickly. I will be using them again and I will be recommending them to others. Thanks for doing a great job.

The service call was booked with an on time arrival. The part was available on the work vehicle and completed the same day. Prices were comparable and beat some prices in town. Technician was personable and professional in completing the repair in a timely manner.

William looked at the dryer, including taking it mostly apart. After checking all the different places where the heating could malfunction, William figured out exactly where the system was failing. As William was working, Sarah was able to price out the replacement parts that would need to be ordered so we were able to make a decision on fix or replace in the moment. Sarah was able to order the parts, and William was astute enough to suggest that we spend an extra $10 to buy a new rubber belt as the old one was showing serious signs of wear. Since he was going to have to come back to fix the machine anyways, he said could install the new belt while he had it open the next time he came. We paid $55 for the initial inspection. When the part arrived 4 days after it was ordered William got in touch and scheduled to come the next morning to complete the fix of the heating as well as swap out the belt. When he arrived we had a pleasant chat while he fixed the dryer and he took time to double check that the belt was not crooked in anyway and then turned on the drying and it worked again! Payment could have been done by check, cash or PayPal, but I had chosen PayPal the day that the parts were ordered so the only thing left to do was shake Williams hand and thank him for fixing my dryer and keeping it out of the landfill. William was professional and very reasonably priced for the level of service provided. I will use his small business for all my future appliance needs and I would recommend him to anyone of my friends who found himself with a broken appliance.
