So, Matt was taking over the business from his father. His dad came out and did the initial estimate. We decided to have them do the roof because we wanted to support a local business. It was a huge mistake. They promised it would be done in 1-2 weeks. Over a month later it waa done. They installed a metal roof. Weather damage happened due to poor workmanship and it took over a year for them to come out and fix it. And that only happened after we tricked Matt into answering a call from us, as he had not returned any of our previous calls trying to remedy the situation. The repair was extremely poorly done and even though Matt said he would take care of it, after 5 years I have to believe he lied about that. The promised upkeep of tightening the screws on the metal roof hasn't happened. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not do what they say they will and cannot be trusted.

Mathew Garza was very attentive to my needs, and understood that this was our first home purchase and we needed things done a certain way. I trusted him because he showed through his actions that he knew what he's doing. Whatever he told me he was going to do, he did it with quality and precision. There was no hassle and I was amazed that it took him and his hard-working team three days to complete the job! My favorite part is he beat all the other bids in town drastically and saved us a bunch of money! Being a newly-wed couple, it really helped us financially! I would definitely recommend Garza Roofing Services to anyone who needs a new roof.

Garza Roofing Services did not file the proper permit and order to stop work immediate for further inspection. The County inspector order a stop work order because Garza Roofing Services provided substandard work. The manufacturer of the metal panel requested photograph and after review wrote a list of problems with the services Garza Roofing Services was providing. I was told my the manufacturer that they would be contacting Garza Roofing Services to discuss what is expected in the installation of their product as not to bring them a bad reputation. Now Garza Roofing Services stated they would not fix their mistakes unless I sign a new contract and pay the an additional $1,200.00. What a terrible company and horrible people to deal with. The owner, Matt Garza, even stooped so low as to call my wife names when she was not even a part of the job. Terrible people and bullies is all I can say. Buyer BEWARE!!!!
