Excellent service. I had two inspections, both were extremely thorough and the first resulted in me saving a great deal of money. Report was high quality and easy to understand with organized/tiered recommendations and notes. Everything was explained in detail, all questions were answered, and inspector's availability for follow-up communication, for lingering questions, was fantastic. Absolutely recommended.

Very useful service. Detailed investigation, report with photos. Peter took time to explain each step. He was happy to answer my questions as we went along. I am familiar with mobile homes, but I learnt a lot about what to look for in any house. Will definitely use his services again.

Peter was excellent, he took time to describe the work he will do, and explain the reason for each item. He is professional, punctual and very personable. The report he furnished was clear, detailed and covered all items that are normally part of a home inspection. Items he flagged were clear and the reason for the flag was detailed and backed up with information either based on building code or empirical observations from the building trade practices. I highly recommend his services.
