+ 0 moreIt was a real pleasure to work with Paul and Grady. They cheerfully answered our many questions. They were comfortable with us doing some of the easier tasks ourselves, as they tackled the difficult jobs. They were open-minded about our suggestions. They arrived when they promised (even in a snowstorm). We will call them first if we again need advice about the thermal performance of our home.
Description of Work: We hired Paul and Grady for an energy audit (with blower door), and some work in the crawlspace: removal of fiberglass insulation and an old vapor barrier, application of two-part foam insulation to the rim joist, installation of a new vapor barrier, and installation of a ventilation fan.
