Fantastic service and the cost was very reasonable. A torsion spring on our 19 year old garage lift mechanism snapped leaving us with a 300 lb. door to lift in order to get our vehicles out. E and E responded in less than 1 hour with an experienced garage door technician named Walt who quickly and expertly replaced the springs on both sides. Even with having to measure and cut new springs this repair was completed within a few hours by a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician. I recommend E and E Door and Window service with full confidence and would call them again if needed.

Called E and E doors on Monday 10/28/13 to see if they could come out and repair or tune up garage doors. Their advertising sticker is on both doors, so I figured who better to service doors than the company who installed them. I was told that if they had a cancellation they would call me before they came out Monday which would have been fine, since I am retired being around the house is not a problem waiting for contractors. I was told if not Monday they would have someone out on Tuesday, great I thought. Tuesday came and went no phone call letting me know if there was going to be another appointment made or not. Called them again this morning (Wednesday) and all I got was a stammering secretary making excuses worse than Obama. When asked why i couldn't even get a phone call, the lack of employees was all I could get from her. Unless you have a set appointment on paper and no hurry for any work to get done I would not give this company any business.
