Dave's Handyman Service

He was great- the door installs posed several problems as the original door was not set correctly. Dave was able to solve for everything, and the door looks great now, even though he had to remove and rebuild the door frame. He was very punctual, orderly, and experienced in solving problems. I quickly felt completely confident that the work would be done, and done correctly. He worked through my list at a good pace. Dave is also very pleasant, will definitely be calling again when my list builds up!

It took about 1 1/2 hrs. He let me go get the parts and went to get something to drink while I was gone which was nice. He was quite efficient. Only negative is he is a bit more expensive than other handymen. I would use him again though.

I called this provider on Wednesday morning to get some information. It is Friday afternoon and I have not had any reply. I would like to talk to him about his services if he would call me back. gvf

Dave was great to work with. He helped us plan out a really nice deck and adjust our plans to save us money. The deck looks great!

Prompt in returning my phone call. Came right on time and was prepared with new switches. I'd call him again.

I cannot say enough good things about Dave! We had an awesome handyman in the town where we lived before. I was sure we would never find someone of his caliber here, but we have!

Dave responded quickly to my request for an appointment to discuss the work. Although he had several jobs the next week when I told him I was anxious to get this done so that there would be time to paint before winter weather set in he made time to do the work the following week. I was very pleased with the results and was able to complete my painting on schedule. The carpentry was excellent and materials were included in his price.

It went great. He was on time, examined the sprinkler system and checked the pressure which was extremely low. He asked me to contact my HOA to determine irrigation pump pressure so that he could determine what further services needed to be done on the sprinkler system. He didn't charge me for the consult which was completely unexpected but entirely appreciated

He was very thorough. He checked out everything. I think he kinda went over and above, I mean, he was really nice and cleaned all the sprinkler heads which he didn't need to do. I'll call and I'll leave a message and he would usually calls me back within an hour or so. He is always there when I need him. His scheduling time is usually pretty immediate. He did a really good job for me and I am very happy with him.

Dave has done a lot of different work for us from installing tile in our kitchen, air conditioner start up and winterize, building a cover for our patio, installing a garbage disposal, installing a over-the-range microwave, and other various plumbing jobs. Dave has always done excellent work and his fees are reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave's Handyman for any of your handyman work. You might even get him to give you a short line dance lesson.

Was on time and stayed in communication easily.

Service performed promptly and timely. Pump filter removed, left on ground durng winter and not reconfigured within the pump housing. Master Controller wire not reattached. Unable to start system in 2012 because master controller wire not reconnected. Had to call for service. Readily determined - worked when wire reattached. System appeared to be properly blown out--no broken lines.

It couldn't have gone any better. I called Dave on a Sunday afternoon and he was here first thing Monday morning. I had just turned on the irrigation/sprinkler system for the season and where the two join there was water bubbling out of the ground like a spring. My husband, who usually does this, was out of town, so this was my first time to turn the initial water on for the season. When Dave arrived we walked around the property and I showed him the valves I had turned and where I thought all the pipes were buried. Fortunately, after looking around for a few minutes, he discovered one I had turned on was a drain and not a valve, therefore the problem. While he was here we went ahead and ran the house sprinklers to make sure all was running properly and found one of the large rotating heads wasn't making its sweep as it should. Dave looked at it and said it was quite old and he would be happy to clean it up for me and see if that would help but suggested I replace it due to its age. He went and purchased a new one and installed it the same afternoon. You can't do any better than Dave!

He's an older gentlemen. He is so reliable and so courteous I would trust him in my home anytime I am not here. He does inside and outside.

He was very, very good and very honest. He was very dependable and I would recommend him to anybody. He's not a bargain but he's not exorbitant. His fees are reasonable. It depends on the job and the time it takes. He also does lawn sprinkler systems. I recommended him to my neighbor and his price was half. He does an excellent job. I will continue to use him.
