DaBella - Grand Junction

This is a review only of the DaBella sales process. I am under contract for window installation in November. The sales team—Kaden Hummell, and Dave Jaffe—provided the best vendor/contractor experience I have ever had over many years of home-improvement/construction projects. They were knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, enthusiastic, good listeners, and answered all my questions. They took lots of photographs and made recommendations based on visual, real-time examples of what’s wrong with my current windows. I trust them, and Kaden’s post – sales follow up has been excellent.

Thomas - reps were excellent and very informative on presentation, we were skeptical before them coming but the fact they had everything we needed meant a lot. The warranty meant a lot to us and are happy Bryce and Devon were able to help us get this project done!

Joe and Kaden came and did a full inspection and went over all of the damage on my roof. I am looking forward to get my new DaBella roof and gutters.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Be smart, do NOT use DaBella, they will do no good and it will be you nightmare. Read the BBB reviews. Some are good, a lot are not. I can not even begin to tell you how horrifying our experience was with this VERY unprofessional company. The so called managers were rude and non-caring. We called the main company office and never had responses from them, it was always the rude Grand Junction, Co office we had to deal with. The managers there called us names and was so bad that we said they were never to step foot on our property again.
