+ -1 moreThis guy is a HORRIBLE business man. He has ZERO customer service skills, and obviously has no desire to sell houses. He's rude, not very punctual, and if it's not his way it's no way at all. He claims to do business one way and on particular terms, and then when you try to purchase the house from him he's changed his mind and doesn't want to do business the way he listed. It's like he claims to do business one way just to draw people in and then changes his mind and expect you to conform to his standards. The homes are beautiful, but i would NEVER be willing to purchase one from him with the way he does business, no matter how low the price.
Description of Work: We ATTEMPTED to purchase a home from this seller, and it was the biggest home purchasing headache I've ever experienced.
