There were a few red flags, unfinished edging, gutter not attached correctly, and a few other details. He did repair when called. In the Spring of 2013 we had heavy rain and there was significant leaking over entry way and front door. I was not satisfied with his initial attempt to and quot;patchand quot; the roof. Called a second roofer. They recommended repairs to roof over entry way and 2 other locations, the chimney and around the swamp cooler. This should have been done correctly the first time. Mr Cohee had the lowest bid, but with the additional work, I should have gone with the higher bidders. Another red flag was he goes by Affordable Roofing also. In addition, he would not tell me his insurance carrier name after the first leak.

Roof leaked all winter long. Looked for 2 months for a contractor. Heard an add about Angie's list and joined. Called Carpentry Unlimited that was on Angie's list and he was frank and straight to the point that he is reasonable and willing to do the job. Did a great job and left the job in better condition than he did when he arrived.

He did a good job. It's hard to say there were other people involved in getting him scheduled. A little bit of constrains and things, it look a long time to get him scheduled because there was another guy involved. He is usually prompt. He is very courteous and professional.

I called Brian based on a reference and he came over 10 minutes later to give me a quote! Talk about promptness!!! We scheduled work for the following week and he was on the job at 6am as promised and done before noon. Brian went out of his way to repair and re-shingle the roof including fixing some mistakes that were done by the original roofers. He was prompt and efficient, his work was excellent and Brian was a pleasure to work with. We will be hiring Brian for future projects as we remodel our home.
