Description of Work: Large double paned window (57 X 57) that cracked due to house settling. the new window was measured in a way to make allowance for the settling and it installed very well.

 + -1 moreThey came out and looked at the job, saying they would e-mail me an estimate in the next couple of days. It was a small job, replacing three windows in my garage. I never did hear from them so decided to go with another company that did provide a written estimate.

Description of Work: They installed a lock in my sliding glass door. They came once and determined what i needed and didn't follow up. When i called, they came right out and did install the lock. It wasn't a great looking install but was sufficient to get the operation moving.

Description of Work: We shopped around initially because we don't have disposable money. Bratton gave us the best prices, most practical options and they've consistently given good service. We are only doing 1 room at a time and we currently are on room #4. We are going to continue to use them until all the windows in our 3200sq' house have been replaced. Bratton has honest employees and they have all been an ungoing pleasure to work with. The quality of the windows seems to be very good and Bratton's installation skills have been exceptional. They even clean up after themselves very well! |We highly recommend Bratton. We personally encourage supporting small business and genuinely appreciate it when we find one like this that is so deserving of local loyalty.

Description of Work: I love the windows. Good quality. Compared to what I had I am very pleased. There was some damage to one bathroom around the inside window. The tile was broken and left in a pile for me to repair. The owner and his staff were friendly.

 + -1 moreI used them last Spring. It was very satisfactory. I don't recall the price. I was very pleased as it was much lower than I had anticipated. It was less than a 1000 dollars and I had been expecting something around 1500 dollars. They were quick, prompt and clean. They are very reliable.
Description of Work: I used Bratton window & Door. That was a single man who came to work on my doors. He installed French doors and places to hold metal sliders.
