 + -1 moreBecause we were uncertain where the water leak was coming from each step of the project was an exploration. Each time we discovered a new issue (from a previous owners remodel) Brad was able to accurately tell us what the problem was and how to fix it. He provided us options as to the various levels of costs we could have depending on how fancy we wanted to go in the fix/remodeling. Therefore our costs were always changing but Brad kept us really informed of our options at each turn. He was also incredible at providing us design options for redoing the entire shower. He had great ideas and really has an eye for style and function.
Description of Work: We had a water leak in the bathroom but were not sure where the water was coming from (the toilet or the shower). The water must have been leaking under the bamboo for for a while before we eventually saw the floor boards warping. We never saw any actual water on the floor. Eventually we had to tear out the entire bamboo floor and cut out part of the sheet rock walls where the water had been wicked up into the sheetrock. Brad removed the remaining floor, had to rebuild some of the subflooring and replace portions of the sheetrock, mud and retexture. He and subcontractor (Tom Kelly of Accent Designs Tile and Stone) tiled the floor. Eventually, once the floor was removed it was also apparent the shower pan had been installed incorrectly (previous homeowner remodel) so the entire shower had to be rebuilt with new concrete (?) board. Again, Tom re-tiled the shower incredibly! I'll write another review for him separately.
