Description of Work: We had internet installed in a house out in the country. Contact people on the phone are professional. I don't know that I would say that the installers are highly motivated. It seemed that they were not interested in doing quality work. (Which is why we had to have them back more than once. ) I don't know that I would use the company again, but they are the only providers for our area.

The service I had performed was installation of internet. Big dog came in and installed a dish and helped me set up my wireless router.
Description of Work: I had Big Dog come and install internet service for me. Overall, I was very happy with the service. They were able to set up an appointment in a very timely manner and did the install very quickly and efficiently. The only issue I have had with the service, is when I called to set up the appointment, I wasn't given all the details as to the installation of the dish but that was an extremely minor point. Overall, I give this company an A.
