We also do clogged or blocked up drains & get them draining like new. We are able to camera your lines & inspect your problems so you know first hand. We also provide jetting of lines & leach field lines. Complete septic tank cleaning & maintenance as well as inspection of system for when you are selling or buying that new home.

I stopped using him after this and called another company. The new company actually removed the toilet in the basement (Bestway only got on the roof) and there were 15 feet of roots in the sewer line !!!! They charged me half of what Bestway did. They were also very friendly. They said the line had not been drilled out correctly for years. It took them 5 hours to drill out the roots! The roots were even climbing out around toilet stump and up the back of the shower.
Bestway charged me $230.00 for the last root out. The sewer backed up within days. They would not guarantee their work. They said the toilet flushed when they left. However, they only flushed water, not solids or toilet paper.
Bestway's demeanor was very unfriendly.

We have no trouble providing a statement of you account any time it is needed. We do this on a regular basis for all of our customers. We also warranty our work 100% as stated on all of our invoices providing it's work we have done. Please feel free to call us to try & resolve issues. We are just now seeing your anger way down the road instead of knowing first hand. We are a small company that has just been getting into internet sales is why we have not know of the problem till now. I assure you we strive to do the very best we can & would love the chance to show you. Thank you for your time."
