+ -1 moreAt first I was unsure of what to expect considering the experience with the previous owners of my property, but upon contacting the new company I was very pleased with the hospitality I received from this company.My over all experience with them was nothing more than more than amazing.
Description of Work: The property I live in was recently bought by this company and the service that I have received from the previous owners of the property was less than acceptable. Today is the first day I met my new landlord and he is amazingly respectful and very much on top of being able to meet all the needs of my family as well as willing to do the repairs that the previous owners felt were not their priority. He noticed all of the small things and his willingness to do anything to help improve the living situation of myself and my children is amazing. I have been trying to find a larger home to live but the previous owners were not willing to help me at all and he has made this a priority to be able to match the needs of myself and my family I am very glad that he has bought my home and is all around a very nice person to work with. His partner in the company ( his ex-wife and friend ) is just as wonderful as he is. I would very much recomend this company to anyone who is looking to move they are wonderful and very much willing to work with and help to meet your needs.

Management, bookkeeping, repair and maintenance of properties under BCIE, LLC's exclusive agreement only. All tenants have a direct relationship with upper management. 24 hours on call.
