Ken the rep for this company is very difficult to work with when he promises work to start on a certain day and 42 days later and no doors no work. After giving him $1736.70, which is 50% of the total of 3473.41 on the 9th of Aug., we couldn't get him to return our calls to find out what was going on. A after calling several times with no communication we called to cancel the order and work. He told us one door would be delivered on Sept 21st and the second door to be delivered Oct 20. We said we wanted to cancel, but but said no cancellations, no refunds, these are special orders. He should have told us this to begin with. After reading BBB ratings for this company a D for failure to respond to complaints filed against the business we feel this company is not a reliable company to deal with. There has not been a proper contract written or signed for products ordered or work to be performed. We will end up in court to get this resolved. UPDATED AS OF 09/25/2022: The work has not started for lack of a signed agreement and signed contract with specifics of the sale and a detail of the goods and services stated in legable, clear and unambiguous language. Ken ordered the two doors without a signed invoice of approval. The invoices we received from his office were from Mountain View Window and Door which were uns8gned quotes. He ordered these without proper authorization. Ken made promises depending on an unsigned agreement to force non refund if there was a cancellation of the verbal agreement. Ken has no signed agreement or contract that makes his comments binding. Quoting an unsigned agreement is not a binding contract. Ken has used deceptive sales practices on at risk seniors to try and make his sale binding.
