We are glad to hear you were happy with our work. As far as the pricing - we have a 2 hour minimum (not 3 hour) and that price is for a 4 man crew two hour minimum. There are several other moving companies in town that have a 4 hour minimum - they also charge fuel surcharges and we do not for local moves.

I would not hire them again ever. They gave me a quote and then two guys came to move the furniture. They were extremely slow and took multiple smoke breaks next to my furniture. Even though they had plenty of room for one load, they did it in two, and wanted to charge me $200 more than the quote.

We are unable to locate any record of this job. Was this possibly done under a different name? In general we do not give a "quote," for local jobs, we give an "estimate" based on the information given to us by the customer. Sometimes the scope of work changes when we get to the job site. $700 for a two man crew is over 7 hours, which we generally do not send only two men, which leads me to believe that the scope of work did change. Also I do not understand why a review was not given until a year after the fact.[member name removed], if you can call us or get a hold of us with more information, we would like to investigate this further.
