very dependable was here when said he would be and was prompt with the repairs. Did not have part had to order. But used temp fix until part came in two days later.

The experience went great from start to finish, he cleaned up after his work preformed.

Don is the owner. They replaced the pump right at home. They came on time; and they told us what was wrong with the pump. They ordered it and called us for an appointment, and came back to fix it. They were really efficient. They are very good with the quality. They also left us a card to call them if we needed to use their services.

We contacted them 10 days ago. The repair man responded fairly quickly, looked at our refrigerator and gave a "guess" as to the problem. We did not see or hear from him for a few days. When he did come back he spent less than 10 minutes working and 20+minutes scratching his head. Even after giving full permission to buy parts locally so I would have use of my appliance, we still did not see him until monday morning. He came in went straight to the fridge and after a few minutes walked out telling me he had no idea what was wrong with it. Offering to refer me to someone else that could " Take a look and maybe call the manufacturer to figure it out" he left with out another word. I would not even hire this company to come staple two sheets of paper together, let alone repair another appliance in my home.
