Very very good

We paid him and then we got a bill from a different city. I found out the home office was in a different city. I was really turned off by the fact that it was out of the city. The technician showed up 30 minutes early. The technician was real low key and vague and we weren't sure how to set up a contract for future sprays.

Okay, there were a lot of nest and the tech missed a couple under one of the awnings. I called and they immediately came back out. He missed one last one and I'm sure if I would have called again he would have come back out for no cost but it was at a height I could reach it with a latter so I just removed it myself. They were on time, and did a good job with what was removed.

Dave was excellent. He is the nicest man. He came and killed the mice and made sure there were no ways for them to get in and out. We never heard mice again.

Mountain Pest Control never saw or noticed that my log home had dry dust termites. I had another company come in and they located it in one log and also on the outside log that the cavern was in. I was shocked. Will cost me 500.00 now to treat and was told it's been there longer than 6 months. When I mentioned this to the mountain pest employee I received no response back-no apology-nothing. Will never recommend them to anyone.

It was a highly stressful thing for me initially. I would have had to do an enormous amount of work if there was a bed bug infestation. I was very stressed out about it. The technician Dave spent a couple of hours assessing the situation and said I may have swallow bugs, which are first cousin to bed bugs, but much easier to treat. That made a huge difference in terms of treatment and difficulty to eradicate. I am extremely thankful to Dave. He was very professional and helpful and was able to think outside the box, which made all the difference to me. Had I had to have bed bug eradication to go through, it would have been very expensive. He was able to spray for the swallow bugs and it was a easier fix. I appreciated their honesty when they could have held me up by telling me I had bed bugs. The girl who answered the phone, Courtney, could not have been sweeter and was very knowledgeable.

Ryan did a thorough searce of my house's crqwl space, dteremining that my termite problem was isolated in the garage. He returned at my desired date to perform his "magid" He drilled holes in my garage cement floor, applied the termiteicide, plugged the holes, and caulked them. He guaranteed his work for one full year, and asked me to report back to hime in ten months. Delightful young man: polite, precise, gracious, and very professional. He left me garage at least as neat as he found it.

Called to cancel the scheduled appointment in plenty of time and then came on time as arranged. Fixed the wasp problem in my garage wall.

Had a problem with ants and spiders in a new home. They came within 2 days of being called. Technician sprayed entire house , both inside and out. While he was here, we noticed an issue with hornets. He inspected all of the roof line, and the nooks and crannies. he found 3 nests that were forming, and took care of them. Good response, service, and not a bad price.

My kitchen was invaded by little black ants, and nothing I did got rid of them. I called Mountain Pest Control, and they came over the next day. The older gentleman who showed up was very polite and thorough, figured out what kind of bait to use based on what the ants were going after, and placed bait in locations that my pets couldn't get to. He also sprayed outside the house where the ants were coming in. All of the ants in the kitchen were gone in two days, with the bulk of them gone in hours. There was a minor invasion by my front door near where he had sprayed, so he came back and baited outside near the area at no additional charge. The ants are gone, and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely call these guys again if I need any kind of pest control, and I can't recommend them enough.
