+ -1 moreJB and his team have helped us with install on a new HVAC within the last year. They have been extremely professional and provide excellent service. Now with our current fire disaster they are still there to help us with our home in grand Lake. Making a stop there to ensure everything is working and pipes don’t bust. Excellent business and customer service. Something to be modeled for sure

+ -1 moreThis company is the absolute best. I called them and thought we needed a very expensive new furnace - but JT looked at it and said no, you just need a repair. He had it fixed in no time for less than $200. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreDid a nice job; adjusted around some challenging plumbing until done right. I had some question about some of the finish work and called them, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I expect they will since they always took time to do a good job and cleaned up well after there work. Nice folks to work with and they did a nice job.

Description of Work: I had a problem with the furnace pilot light going out. Granby Heating & Sheet Metal came out to inspect the furnace and said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem with the pilot, but suggested that a high wind exhaust fitting for the top of the flue might resolve the pilot light problem. After paying $140 for the house call, there was no resolution to the diagnosis. There were four follow up conversations. Multiple excuses for the lack of a follow up visit, but no resolution to a simple fix of the exhaust fitting. Very poor customer service.

+ -1 moreJT is the only person I would have do work for me. He has taught me so much about HVAC. He has told me what was wrong with refrigerators that only worked partially. He showed me how to use the little freezer cans that weren't designed to run all the time. He actually left me a can if the frost on the coil ever gets closer than a quarter of an inch to the motor. He bolted a microwave on top of a little freezer / frige and placed it next to my bed as i was bedridden after I had surgery. He has done all kinds of things for me, including replacing light bulbs. He sees my needs before I mention them. He is a good friend and he always checks on me. He is an excellent technician and he has shown me an awful lot. He knows his stuff and he is professional beyond belief. I have recommended him to a number of people.
Description of Work: my HVAC technician, jarrett thompson, provided many services over the years, including replacing refrigerators,providing a microwave and fridge combo near bed, when i was recovering from surgery, a chest freezer, installing thermostats, changing light bulbs and replacing refrigerant in freezer, as it was low, and showed me several situations where the refrigerant is needed and pointed out what to watch for and showed me how to know if i had a leak, a blockage in circulation of refrigerant,, or if it was an electrical issue-and made sure i had a good working air conditioner and swamp cooler as well, before his leaving granby heat and sheet metal job because of moving to another city. this tech really knows his stuff, granby heat and sheet metal lost a GREAT employee when jarrett thompson moved away from the grand valley in colorado.
