It went awesome! I've moved many times on my own and did not want to move a large 4 bedroom house across town. I was very happy with all aspects of the move and actually enjoyed my time as the packers and the movers (two different teams) were so easy to work with. I did do a lot of the prep work myself and we also moved our more personal/breakable items ourselves. There were a few smudges on walls and an issue with the carpet but nothing that could not be cleaned. I noticed some grease stains on the carpet where a piece of exercise equipment was in the original house and where it was moved to in the new house (a member of the team had to do some dismantling of the unit to get it through the doors). I called to alert them that a little better care should be taken in the future by perhaps putting down a cloth. The owner was very concerned that the situation had occurred. I told him that I would let him know if I couldn't get the stains out and I was able to. I'm sure that if I had asked that they would have worked with me on carpet cleaning. It was overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The owner came out and talked to us personally and she was very accomadating. The movers worked very fast and efficiently. This was the 5th time I have had hired professional movers and this was the best experience out of all of them.

Everything about this company is top notch. An estimate was done several weeks before and at the end of the move that was the amount I paid. At the time of the estimate Brian said I had a lot of packing to do and also told me exactly how to prepare for moving day. I took 3 pages of notes because there was a lot I didn't know about moving. The week before the move they called to check on my packing and by then I knew that I was in over my head. They sent a fantastic packer to assist me. She was a real pro and worth the additional money because there was no way I'd be ready for the move. On the day of the move eight men showed up and all were cheerful and easy to work with. This wasn't an easy move as they had to go to two additional locations for my belongings. I've worked with other moving companies in the past, one that had pretty high marks but they were not nearly as good as Brian and his crew. A week after the move I received a follow up call to make sure everything was done correctly. I looked a lots of reviews on Angie's List before selecting this mover and they were so far ahead of their competition in ratings that there was no question that I'd use anyone else at any price.

They did a great job! This is the second time we have used their services, and I highly recommend them. The guys were very efficient and careful with our things. They did a walk through of our new house before moving anything in, to make sure they put everything in the right room and in the right position. It was definitely money well spent.

Was contacted within 24 hours of my inquiry. I was told the whole job with two guys and one truck would take approx. 2 hours. Set the date for over a month away and was told I would receive a confirmation call the night before. No confirmation was received. Was told they would arrive at 8am and got a call at 8:30 they were close and would be there in a few minutes. The workers were courteous and hard working. They got right to work, and worked nonstop. The loading took a little over 2 hours. After loading the workers told me they were going to take a 30-45 minute lunch break and would meet me at the unloading location. The truck and workers didn't make it to the new place until over 2 hours later. Unload took about 2 hours. I was quoted 2 hours and the whole job which actually took 6 hours, tripleing the cost. I was initally overcharged and had to call for the $100 dollar refund I was owed.

Andy and Matthew arrived on time. They both introduced themselves and they were very professional. They were careful with all items, and even though they were in constant motion they were friendly and talkative. After they had loaded everything from the apartment, I asked them whether they could also move gardening items and plants and they told me it was no problem. These items were HEAVY and I never heard anything from these guys but a positive attitude. They even made a detour on the way to the storage unit to help me drop off the plants at another location. It was a first rate experience and I will definitely call them again for any future moves.

Professional, quality movers, very responsive, no damage even though all pieces in the move are fully insured by the movers (not the minimum). They moved us around date-wise and time-wise and people-wise a number of times without any complaints or issues. Amazing movers - I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again (thought I hope to never move again :)).

Went well. One part of house was damaged, which I reported. They called right back and fixed the issue, The only odd thing was I would have to pay a little extra if I wanted to use a credit card, so I wrote a check.

Talked to Annette when I called for an estimate. I told her exactly what furniture I wanted moved and she gave me an estimate for all costs. She turned out to be 15 minutes off probably because she did not know the odd space I wanted her guys ti fit stuff into. On moving day Matt called me with a 30 minute warning. Matt and Matthew then carefully and cautiously moved my furniture out of my second floor apartment around tight corners. They loaded the truck using plenty of blankets to protect my mostly wood furniture. Upon arriving at my home they developed a plan to move my furniture where I wanted it in the safest and fastest manner. They proceeded to fill my house with the furniture at a steady pace even though the temperature was pushing the upper 90's. Very Happy!

Went very well. In fact, the only things damaged were things at the end that I packed myself!

They were on time, ready to go. One of the owners came a few minutes later to tell me personally that one of their usual guys wasn't able to come, and there was someone filling in for him. I wouldn't have cared since they did such a great job, but it was nice that they cared enough to let me know. The movers were very nice and professional. I've had some awful guys in the past, but this time could not have been better. Their rates were great. They carry great insurance (if they break something, you are covered for a full replacement, not just however many cents per pound the state law requires insurance for). When they unloaded all my stuff at the new place they were careful and made sure to put things where I wanted them. I have absolutely no complaints, this was the best move I've had. Also - they were the first ones to call me back after I requested an estimate on their website (and I didn't even choose them right away). One company called me five days later - two never even bothered. That says a lot.

Very professional team. S they showed up on time and finished early. We paid by the hour, and they came in much lower than their estimate.

Brian Nelson came to the house personally to inspect everything. He gave us a very accurate estimate. He was also very helpful with moving tips. On the day of the move, Matt and his crew arrived right on time. They got right to work. They worked hard and were done sooner than expected. They even agreed to move a heavy desk to a separate office location at the last minute. They then unloaded everything into a storage unit. On June 28th, they took everything out of storage and brought it into the new house. The house was brand new so we were nervous about dings in the walls and floors. Not only did the guys do a flawless job but they padded the doors, walls, banisters and floors. There was not a mark anywhere. In addition, Matt was super accomodating. At one point, they even brought in a heavy desk and put it down until we figured out exactly where we wanted it. Matt simply said let us know when you know where you want it and when you are ready for it. I can't imagine moving with anyone else. Not the cheapest bid but got great value for our money!

The entire experience went very well. I scheduled over the phone and was provided a 3 hour window. I was contacted by the movers about 20 minutes prior to their arrival which was the earliest time of the window, fantastic! Tim & Kyle came in, assessed the move and quickly got to work. These two young men were clean cut, polite, respectful and careful with our home and furniture. We will absolutely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

The guys showed up at the scheduled time. They were very professional, made sure that they loaded everything we wanted to take. There was no damage to our furniture or to either house. To my surprise, they even finished in the scheduled 4 hours; they had to go up and down lots of stairs to complete the move.

Outstanding experience. The crew were clean, fast, professional, pleasant, and clearly took pride in the quality of the moving experience. Everything from having the owner come to give us the estimate of services (and total job finished right on estimate) to the team that completed the move. I was very impressed at how quickly they moved and yet they had an eye on all details including not banging corners or hanging light fixtures. Other things to note: They are fully insured (and not just the minimum of $0.07 per pound...they are insured with replacement cost coverage). They will make recommendations at time of estimate on how you can save yourself money by doing certain packing on your own. There are no hidden fees as they thoroughly disclose all considerations at time of estimate.

Movers arrived on time, were fast and efficient and worked hard. The guys were pleasant and made the experience so good that you'd never again consider renting a U-Haul and moving the stuff yourself! Thanks!

The crew was on time and extremely pleasant, courteous and hard working. They moved us from a 3-bedroom rental to a 4-bedroom home with LOTS of stairs at each home. They worked steadily with nary a complaint. We liked them so much, we recommended them to my daughter who used them to move from an apt. to a home. When she moved (from a second story apt.), the guys had already completed 2 jobs that day. Despite it being late and them being exhausted, they again worked tirelessly until the job was done. Scheduling the jobs with Annette was equally efficient and pleasant. Their prices are fair and I liked the idea of going with a family business. My only suggestion would be to schedule the first move of the morning, if possible. If you are scheduled for late in the day, your time can get pushed back and it can make for a very long moving day! Otherwise, I would highly recommend Your Personal Mover.

We were very pleased with the move. It was a bit complicated because we had items going to two different locations. I marked most items ahead of time but missed a few. The guys were great about finding me and getting clarification when necessary. They were on time, very professional and careful with our items. We will be using them again in a few months for our move into our new home.

Went great worked very hard. They put everything in its place and moved furniture arround if I did'nt like where it was . I was very pleased with the move.

It went great. The owner, Brian, came to do the bid and was thoughtful enough to let us know that it would be cheaper to move some things ourselves. The crew showed up on time, worked energetically (even though it was raining). They moved several large and awkward pieces, like the walls of our 10 x 12 backyard shed, and our 15 x 256 foot dog run, and got everything here in its original condition. They finished early and charged only for the time they worked. Annette called a day or two later to be sure we were satisfied with our move. I was very pleased and would use them again.

They were very professional, the wanted to help you do everything. If you wanted it move, they moved it for you. If you did not like its location they would move it with a smile. They were very polite, clean, 100% on time, and you did not pay for the time they were off. These were the best movers I have ever used.

Called for quote and scheduled service. Quote was very reasonable. Ended up having to adjust move date and Your Personal Mover was great! Could not move us the day we wanted but they had availability the next day, so we took it. They called to confirm move the night before and told us what time they would arrive. They were about 20 minutes late due to traffic, but they called to let us know, so no problem. Two men showed up and were very friendly and hard-working. Service and professionalism was great. They worked quickly (but safely) and constantly without any breaks. All of our stuff was well handled and cared for and I had no concerns. They even put-off going to lunch so that they could complete our move. All in all, it took about 3 hours (much faster than I expected) and went very smoothly. They followed all directions that we gave them and went above-and-beyond to make sure that everything was where we wanted it and that all furniture was reassembled correctly. They even drove the truck over to our detached garage so that we could put some of the items in storage. Very excellent service- have already recommended to a few friends and would highly recommend to anyone else. Great company, flawless move during a very stressful time!! Thank you!

I contacted this moving company to get a quote. I liked what they had to say and ended up contracting them.
