These folks were, be far, the best moving company we have ever worked with. Every one of their employees--and we worked with six young men--were polite, professional and cared for our household goods. They arrived on time, took the time to understand what we needed and wanted, worked diligently and pleasantly and finished faster than expected. All through the process, they stayed in communication with us, never hesitating to ask a question when necessary. When they were finished, they reviewed what they had done and ensured we were satisfied before they left. I observed them taking the utmost care when handling even the heaviest objects. Not a scratch on anything, furniture, walls, etc, on either end of the move.

I called at the last minute to see if they could do a quick move across town. They were able to fit me in on a Sunday which worked great for us. They arrived on time and were great to work with, even when I added a couple of last minute things.

This was the best moving experience I've ever had, and I've used Bekins, Atlas and Red Ball previously. I think one of the key differences is that the movers are staff, not day labor, so they know what they are doing AND they are honest. The really hustled -- super hard working -- and were as fast as possible. When we got to my new home, they asked for a walkthrough before unloading the truck and did a very good job with placing furniture and boxes in the correct rooms. They even assembled my platform bed. However, we had gone over the four hours we'd estimated it would take. Brian called me to discuss and when I was reasonable about it, everything was fine. He followed up later to see how things had gone and I gave him a good review. Nothing was missing which is a first. After they unloaded me and were wrapping up, I was leaving for the old place to do a few more things and they called me. They still had my soundbar in the cab of the truck. So I got that and was impressed, but then the next day, one of the guys, Robert, texted me to tell me he still had some parts to the bed in his pocket. So we met up the next morning -- his day off -- and he got those to me. That is impressive.

I spoke with Brian about moving some furniture. Brian was straightforward and said that due to his location he wasn't going to be competitively priced. He didn't try to sell me his services. Instead he provided me with a recommendation for a company closer to my location. I called several other companies nearer to my location and the company he recommended had the best rate and was able to schedule me in the time frame I wanted. Thanks!

I had a great experience using this company. Brian and Annette were responsive, explained their services well, and gave a realistic assessment and estimate for the move. On moving day the movers showed up on time, were friendly and attentive. I had a few large pieces of furniture that required some extra effort to get them moved out of the house. Brian was very accommodating and carefully moved a box spring from the second floor over an opening to the ground floor as it wouldn't fit in the stair well. They were extremely quick and efficient, asking questions when needed. They completed the move by placing contents downstairs and in a garage at my other house. This company is awesome and I highly recommend it!

On moving day the movers showed up on time, were friendly and attentive, and moved my possessions out extremely quickly and efficiently, asking questions when needed. They then moved my things into my new home efficiently and as I directed, including moving a few large pieces more than once as I tried to figure out the floor plan. There was one small reassembly glitch that I discovered just after the guys left, and they returned immediately to fix it. The movers were so efficient that the time involved was less than estimated, so my price was reduced accordingly. This company is awesome and I highly recommend it!

YPM came out and gave an "all in" estimate for the work we needed performed. It was far below the amount we had budgeted based on our own research. The packer came out the day before our move, and packed up our kitchen. She made a number of really good suggestions for moving and storage that we hadn't thought of. She was quick, professional, and friendly, and packed our kitchen in half the time we would have taken to perform the same work. The next day, the moving crew came out - two trucks and four movers. The crews moved extremely quickly, and were very careful with our belongings. Nothing was damaged, and they took especial care to ensure no dents our gouges were made in the floors or walls of either house. The move came in below the estimate, giving us extra money in our moving budget for other necessities. Everyone involved was professional, on-time, friendly, and careful. I would recommend YPM to anyone making a local move in the Denver Metro area.

Excellent experience, on time, confirmed work to be performed, asked if there were any pets that could get loose, protected walls, bannisters. Fast worlkers, knew what they were doing. No damage to anything..

First of all, Brian and Annette were phenomenal and very customer service-oriented. We were due to move on a Monday but a snowstorm was scheduled to hit the local area. I called and they were able to rearrange their schedule and accommodate our move. The gentlemen that moved our furniture were beyond professional and listened to our concerns throughout the move. Our furniture was delivered in perfect condition! Your Personal Mover, Inc is a professional company that TRULY cares - rare quality in this business! Highly recommended!!!

Very polite and professional over the phone. Anette came out and gave us an estimate, which was right on. They came the day prior to the move to help pack. The day of the move, they brought 2 trucks and 6 guys, all of whom were very polite and professional. The crew works together regularly--the newest guy said he'd been working for the same company for 2 years. We moved into a townhome on 4 floors, and they moved a large safe upstairs without any complaining. I would definitely hire them again.

Two movers arrived right on time. After quickly expecting the furniture they got right to work. They hustled through the snow storm and cold weather that day. After packing up they got a quick lunch and got right back to work. We quickly toured our new house and they put all the furniture in the correct places. One of the guys even hurt his ankle and the owners came to help finish up the move. It is great to see such accountability in a small business. The only issue came when they put the crib together slight wrong, but the owners told me this would probably happen. (So it is on me!!) I have used professional movers a few times in the past. These guys did a great job at a great price. (They came in below the budget.) I can't recommend them highly enough.

The crew arrived on time and worked their TAILS off from start to finish. All three of the guys were very courteous and well mannered. Just as important, they're not wussies. LOL We've had bad experiences with movers that just acted and quot;weakand quot; or were trying too hard to impress us with their speed. Moves either took longer than they should or things ended up damaged. None of that ever came into play with YPM. All of the guys had major league work ethic and were strong as oxes. They have good equipment and know how to arrange things to maximize space. We had a 10' x 20' storage unit that I bet a lot of movers would have struggled to make work. These guys were magicians. It's all in there and I'm confident it will all be in great shape when they move it again. That's right. I've already lined them up to empty the unit and move it to our new house. If you're looking for a mover that won't disappoint you - just call these guys. You won't regret it. The only minor issue we had was the estimate. The move ended up going four hours over the estimated time. Be that as it may, we don't regret it at all and as stated earlier - we're using them again. Some things are worth a little more money. Having your property moved in a safe and respectful manner is one of those things in our book.

YPM sent a pair of movers in August to rearrange our 2-story home to move the contents of the master bedroom downstairs to the main floor for post-surgical recovery. This included a king size motorized bed, and also required moving the contents of several other rooms to accommodate the changes. Both of the crew were very courteous, careful, and professional, and they helped with all the little details to get everything just right. We were very pleased with their service, so we hired them again to move everything back to the original configuration. A different 2-man crew showed up to move us back, and once again we were very impressed with their courtesy, attention to detail, and professionalism. Their services at $110/ hour were absolutely worth it. We are very happy with both moves, and will certainly call them again for future moves. On a scale of 1 to 10, we give them an 11.

This was the best move we've experienced, and it was thanks to this family owned company. I found this company by searching online and chose them because it is family owned and the employees are not contractors. I met with Annette (Owner) at our house to get an estimate and discuss the move as well as go over some of the more fragile items (3 very old legal cabinets). She assured me that she would have the crew prepped for us. They showed up exactly when they said, with a crew of 5 guys and 2 trucks. We all toured the house first and they got to work. The crew was very happy, pleasant, courteous, and they were aware of and did pay special attention to the legal cabinets, dismantling and wrapping each glass slider door separately. They all moved fast but careful, nothing was damaged. At the destination house we toured it also before they unloaded. I had almost everything labelled with color coding post-its so it was easy for them to determine where it went, although it wasn't a problem if I changed my mind and wanted it on level 2 instead of level 1. It was obvious the crew cared about each other, their job, the company they worked for and the customer. If we have a move again in the future I will be using Your Personal Mover, Inc. and I would highly recommend them, it was a pleasure to see happy caring employees. If there was a grade higher than an A I would give them that!

This company had amazing reviews and they did the work to deserve those reviews. I have used many different moving companies over the years, some that were many times bigger in terms of their corporate size, etc. I have to say that this smaller, family owned business outshined all of the past experiences I have had with moving companies. I am a huge fan of theirs and have recommended them to friends and coworkers. I am writing this review a year later because I felt I owe them this gratitude for a job well done. They had wonderful movers who were extremely professional, kind, strong and the opposite of lazy. They appeared to take their work seriously and really had a gameplan for things. They did not try to overcharge me and held everything exactly to the quote they developed based on the estimate they provided. I contacted many movers this time around and they were the best in terms of response during the sales phase, and performed wonderfully during the service phase. I would recommend them to anyone. Wonderful example of people who care, deliver great service, and deserve all of the money they make! Thank you!

All of the people associated with this company, from the owners to the movers, were professional, experienced and totally competent. I had a very successful move and they were very careful with all my antiques and fragile items. I would recommend them with the highest regard.

We met with Annette (owner) at our townhouse to go over our needs. She gave us helpful suggestions on how to pack and handle items, and also gave us a cost estimate before she left. We felt the price was very reasonable for what we needed done.Your Personal Mover (YPM) provided one truck with 2 men to move the items out of the storage unit to our new home. The crew arrived on time. The workers were amazing! It took 4 hours to load the truck and another 4 hours to unload it at our new home. Almost all of the items had to be carried downstairs an put in the unfinished part of the basement. The workers protected the floors and banister with blankets. The workers never complained, we're pleasant, careful, hard working, took few breaks, and were willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. They stacked things so they weren't higher than 4 feet and made rows we could walk down to retrieve the boxes we needed.We used Your Personal Mover to also move us out of our townhome and into our new home. This time we had 2 trucks and a crew of 4 men. Once again, the crew was amazing! They arrived on time, had to move their trucks once to accommodate a neighbor, and worked so hard on the hottest day in July. Again, they smiled, never complained, worked so hard moving some very heavy items, took few breaks, and wanted to please. They were very careful to not damage our floors or walls. This move took us 11 hours! I think we need to get rid of more stuff!We hope we never have to move again, but if we do, Your Personal Movers will be the company we call! It's refreshing to see a company with such high work ethics. In both moves we did tip the workers - they were amazing.

They showed up on time, organized and ready to go to work. They asked us what we wanted moved and what we didn't want them to move (things we planned on moving ourselves) and they went about their job quickly but carefully, you could tell that they had a system for everything they did: from figuring out the best way to pick up and move an item to how to efficiently arrange and secure items in the truck to make the best use of space and keep them from shifting and being damaged. Throughout the process they asked for input and several times pointed out existing scratches or dings on items before moving them so that we both were aware of their prior existence. The best part is that there were no bad surprises or additional charges; they told me at the time of booking what the hourly charge would be for a truck and 3 movers and that there would be an additional hour charged for gasoline, travel time, etc. - no other charges. They got the job done in less time than they expected and as a result our total charges were almost $300 less than what we'd been told to expect. The crew were friendly, worked as a team and worked very hard - much of what they unloaded had to be carried up 19 steps and down long hallways - never a complaint, they just wanted to be sure they put it where we wanted it.

From start to finish this was the best move we have ever had. Annette came to the house, walked through, explained our options and priced everything out. She was very thorough and responsive in all of the pre-move preparations. The price she quoted was in line with the two other companies was spoke with.On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time and walked through everything with us. They were friendly and helpful and when they started, they started fast; literally jogging in and out of the house. The move took 12 hours (it was originally scheduled to take 2 days - we were moving from a 3 story house to a 3 story house with a basement, so a big move).At the end of the day the crew was still friendly and helpful. They walked through the house with us to make sure everything was where we wanted it. They were incredibly efficient and conscientious. And because the move and quot;onlyand quot; took 12 hours, it came in about 30% below the estimate.I would highly recommend YPM to anyone looking for a local mover.

They were great. They were very detailed, and he listened to the stuff that I was talking about. I told him about a particular lamp that I felt is valuable, and is fragile. He made sure he listened to what I had to say, and that I was contempt with how it would be protected.

Fist of all Annette came over did a pre-move inspection, providing information about the company, about their services and what they would supply based on our discussions. Company also provided property insurance at no extra cost -- which was a big bonus since most other companies would charge $300-$400 for it. Of course they did not need to -- nothing was harmed in our move that we could notice. On day of the move we were called early and informed the team of three were on there way. They showed up well within their window of time (8:30 - 9:00 AM). They walked through the house - and proceeded to move everything I asked for. The team that arrived in no way took their time, I noted to them on many occasions -- how I myself might have worked at half their speed. All three individuals worked fast and professionally -- I never noticed them taking any breaks of more than about 30 seconds. The transported the property to new location, and proceeded to unload -- moving each box or piece of furniture to the exact location I asked -- in some cases, moving it a second time -- because I incorrectly told them where it went. Even after they had emptied their truck -- they asked if I needed assistance with setup, or additional furniture placements. This team recorded the time they arrived at the door, until they drove back to their warehouse with an empty vehicle, subtracting the time in transit between house when they ate lunch. There were no hidden costs -- we knew upfront the drive time (gas) costs between their warehouse and my home, and that was the only fee added on to the hourly (in 15 minute increments) fee we agreed they would charge. I would definitely recommend them to ALL.

It was a great experience. The two young men were great. They clearly knew what they were doing, moving large awkward items with care and efficiency. They were pleasant and personable on the one hand but all business when it came to getting the job done. I'd highly recommend My Personal Mover and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our moving crew showed up on time, got everything loaded quickly and efficiently and delivered and unloaded quickly. They were extremely careful with all our belongings. They made sure all our things were placed exactly where we wanted them. Very polite and positive young men. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a moving company. The pricing was good also, we got an in home estimate before the move and they came in quite a bit under. All in all the best moving experience we've had , ever.
