On moving day, they were prompt. 6 guys, all day, good attitudes, no damage. Just how you'd dream a move should go! And by the way, they work by the hour not by the piound like other movers. We did personally move several car loads of fragile items the night before moving day, and it saved us $250 because it didn't take Your Personla Mover as many hours as they estimated. I hope we don't need to move again any time soon, but we are telling our friends and family, when you move, call Your Personal Mover. They will take care of you.

Your Personal Mover showed up and got to work no questions asked. The two guys attitude was incredible, it was such a relief. They were very personable and very agreeable. They fit me in on a Saturday. They got our job done for us on a very short notice.

Annette is wonderful in the office. Everyone is careful, very nice and the rates are very reasonable. I loved the crew, a few of which we have had help us before. It's great to see the same faces. Moving is not fun! But, these guys made it so much easier. They are willing to accomodate split loads. They really take the extra steps necessary to make sure everything is okay with you. After all was done, we receive a nice post card from Annette with a check for $125.00. She had looked over our contract and had discovered an accounting error.

They were quick, punctual and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Your Personal Movers were very patient with us. Our Penske truck broke down on the way to the storage unit which caused a 2 hour delay. Annette was very helpful at rearranging schedules so the two men they sent could wait for us and still unload the truck. Of course we had to pay them for their down-time, but Penske will reimburse us for that. Both men were hard workers and pleasant to be around, and they were very careful with all our belongings. They unloaded a 26 foot truck filled to the roof in just 2.5 hours and in 98 degree weather! We will definitely use them again!

Move went very well. The 2 man crew showed up on time (actually a litle early after calling to make sure early arrival was OK). Crew was polite and very conscientious. They took care not to damage furniture or woodwork. When returning furniture to the house they layed mats to protect the new floor from traffic.

Leading up to the moving day I had questions and any voicemails I left were promptly returned by Annette, including one on the day of the move when I had a moment of panic about the crew's arrival time (based on past experiences with really bad movers!) -- she was very kind and professional. The crew showed up within the window of time they told us, they were friendly, courteous, and did a great job pointing out any existing issues or damages to our furniture before they moved it. The only slight downside is that because of the clearance on our driveway, they had to use a smaller shuttle truck to make two runs to the new place, and as a result they didn't have all their tools to disassemble our bed frame. We had to run over to a friend's house to borrow their socket set in order to take apart the bed frame. But, the crew was very apologetic, and we were able to get it all done while they continued loading the truck, so no time was really lost. Also, on the first shuttle run to the new place, the truck got hung up while turning due to a slight drop-off and some crumbling pavement (no fault of their own, really) on one part of the road from our house. The crew worked hard to trouble-shoot, and eventually a good samaritan came by with a chain and was able to pull them out. We lost about 45 minutes, but of course they assured us we wouldn't be charged for that time. The whole time, the crew remained professional and worked very hard -- almost another hour of unplanned physical labor for them -- to try to get the truck unstuck. After those minor stumbles, it was all smooth sailing. We would definitely use them again!

I don't have any complaints about the service that was provided to us. All items were moved safely. I am also thankful for them to move my plant safely. The time it took for them to complete the move was a little longer than I had expected. To give you an idea-it took them 3.5 hours to move all items from a one bedroom apartment. I think that's because there were only two people. But, overall I liked their service. The contract document that I signed was straight forward, staffs were professional, punctual and took great care of the items. Good service for the price we paid. Your Personal Mover did a GREAT job with my move. Brian took lots of time to explain the whole process, and when move day arrived it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I had my doubts about whether two guys could move all my stuff, but they were great -- moved everything carefully, quickly and efficiently. They even helped me with a few things that were "above and beyond." They were pleasant and professional and made a stressful day much easier! I'd use Your Personal Mover again in a heartbeat, though I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Every aspect of the move was flawless. Zack and Josh were fantastic !! They secured all items in the truck (unlike other movers) so there was no damage. They even delivered some items to a second location for us. You will not be disappointed

A complete disaster, continuous nightmare, and a regretful experience. We received no cooperation from Brian the owner of Your Personal Movers, Inc. when we had a problem with the move. He did not come to our home to see what the problem was. However, via telephone, he said, "My crew would never do that." We would never recommend this company to our friends or associates and would never use this company again. We will always regret allowing Brian's crew into our home. This was the worst experience we have had with any company we have worked with in our entire lives. Our family will be heartbroken for generations to come, all because we hired Your Personal Movers, Inc.

If you need to move, don't look at anyone else! This company is fantastic! I called to get an estimate, but had to leave a message. I received a call back very quickly--less than an hour. Originally, they didn't have a time slot available in the morning for the day of my move, so I scheduled for later in the day. I received a call the day of my move because the morning move had just been cancelled. I was thrilled! Since I was moving from a third floor apartment to a, mostly, ground floor apartment, I knew it was going to be a long day. My movers showed up, not just on time, but a few minutes early! They were professional, fast, and courteous. The guys didn't break for lunch until all my stuff was on the truck. The only snag was they went to the wrong complex--the one next door. But the complexes both start with the same name and lots of people get them confused so not a big deal. Unloading took even less time. My moving day was so smooth and painless. I had NO damage at all. They even gave me suggestions on furniture placement! The estimate for my move was dead on. Like I said, these guys are good! If I ever move again, I will use this company. I recommend you do too!

As I said above, they did a fabulous job and I would hire them again.

Brian, the owner, came personally to the first visit and walked through my old home with me to determine an approximate cost of the move. He provided excellent suggestions not only how to pack well but also what items were easily moved by us personally so as to save us a bit of money. On moving day, the guys who were assigned were prompt, friendly, efficient and just lovely to work with. They pointed out scratched/dented areas on my items in a professional manner and were easy going when I had questions for them. They finished early and were good natured when I kept them waiting because I left my checkbook at my old house. I certainly appreciate the wonderful customer service given to me, not only by the owners of the company but by his professional and courteous staff. Especially in today's world where customer service is a thing of the past - it's nice to know there are still companies like Your Personal Mover who appreciate their customers. I'd certainly use them again, and I will recommend them to anyone needed professional and friendly moving services.

I filled in their website form, they contacted me the next day, and we made an appointment for the following morning -- nice and fast, I like that. Due to heavy snows they were delayed but they called to let me know (thank you). The 2-man friendly crew arrived and sized up the treadmill, the stairs, and the destination room ... and in 10 minutes it was done! These guys were experienced, strong, and just amazing on how well they worked as a team and negotiated the tricky stairs (with a landing), a hallway, and a tight turn into the destination room. My only gripe is that the minimum charge is for 2 hours, and I only needed about 10 minutes! (I wish I had something else I needed moved. The Angie's $10 coupon helped a bit on the price. But I was glad to pay for such a professional and fast job. They left me with a smile on my face and a treadmill in its new upstairs home.

They charge around $75 an hour. There wasn't a whole lot and they were really good. They were excellent and it cost exactly what they said. They hustled. They were very pleasant people. I was very happy. I was impressed with them and I would use them again. Everyone kept giving me scare stories about movers so I was pleasantly surprised.

They completely met my expectations. Not only would I use them again, I actually am using them again in one week to move additional personal belongings from a different location to the new condo.

I think I covered all of the bases in my above comments but thing I didn't mention--I had them supply boxes, tape and paper---I really had no clue how much I would need so just did a "guesstimate." When the job was completed I got credit for the unused supplies-the guys had already calculated this before I even had a chance to mention it. Bottom line--they truly went above and beyond in all areas.

The service provided was excellent. We contacted them online, and got a call back with an estimate the following morning. We booked a date a few weeks out. We needed to push our date back a day and they were very flexible. The day of the move, two movers arrived right on time, but discovered that they really needed a third, because there was some miscommunication about the extra stop we needed to make, and just how much stuff we really had. A third mover came out right away, and they charged us at a discount for his help due to the miscommunication. Very fair rate. The movers were excellent. They were careful, fast, friendly, and all-around great. Any time they needed help, they asked, so everything got done just like we wanted it. The price ended up being very reasonable, nothing was damaged, and we'd absolutely use this company again and again!

The two guys who moved us were efficient, fast movers. Very nice, acted professionally. A few items were broken during the move, but I was given the option to purchase new items and be reimbursed, or have an estimated price taken off the total of the move. Overall, it was a great experience!

They were wonderful and really good. They came out and walked my house with me about a week before. She told me everything that had to be done and how to label things and how many boxes and tapes I would need. We are going to use them again.

I contacted Annette at Your Personal Mover to get a quote for moving my daughter from Fort Collins, Colorado to Englewood, Colorado. She was quick to respond and was able to give me a quote from the email communications I sent her. The movers were prompt and courteous. They packed and loaded her old apartment and unloaded at her new apartment. I gave them a time limit...so they even began unpacking at the new apartment until time was up...all of this without incident. My daughter was very pleased and the cost was half of what a national mover wanted to charge. I would highly recommend Your Personal Mover and would definately use their service again.
