well, Carlos was efficient and performed the work quickly. my gutters were not filled with leaves but grit. so it was an easy job and went quickly.

It was a great experience for us. Tall Pines answered all my questions before, during and after the job. When the paint colors were put on for me to verify, one of the colors were wrong and Carlos was quick to get it fixed. I just can't say enough good things. The workers did not intrude upon my time or space at my house. They kept the mess outside to a minimum, always made sure I knew when a door or gate would be open to keep our dog from getting out. Anytime there was a question regarding trim pieces being painted, Jose was quick to get me to clarify. Carlos checked in with me every few days to check on the process, the completion and my satisfaction. The entire team at my house was courteous, respectful and super nice to my children. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Tall Pines and use them again without question.

He did a great job! He did the entire home for me and took about an hour and a half. I never met him, but he was very nice when I dealt with him on the phone. His prices were great compared to those I had in the past. He was extremely thorough in his work as well compared to what I had in the past. He didn’t leave a mess either. He did both levels of my home. I would certainly recommend this company.

Tall Pines was an excellent company to work with. I would definitely use them again. I had several companies bid the job and Tall Pines proposal seemed like the best value for the price. They did 2 coats of opaque stain on all of our cedar trim boards. They also cleaned the exterior of the windows at the end of the job. Bryan Kelly was always prompt for our appointments and went over the job in detail. The job was scheduled and completed on time. The crew was very courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were careful and did a precise job on all of the trim painting. We did have some difficulty repairing the front wood door, which had some minor water damage. Bryan took some time to resolve the issue, and was able to bring in some experts to sand and match the stain color. The final result came out beautiful.

Bryan came out to do the estimate, and after agreeing on price, I selected them to do the work. The original plan had been for Bryan to help me choose colors, but due to a scheduling conflict, he had me set up an appointment with his color consultant Megan. She helped me pick some colors, and I highly recommend her. The right colors are part of what made me so happy with the results. I was particularly concerned about the vegetable garden I had on one side of the house; vines extended past the garden and well into the walkway, with numerous cantaloupe and squash on the vine. The crew was able to work around this obstacle course without any damage to my plants, which was very important to me. They power washed the house on one day, and did the painting over the next two days. The job was finished with a walk-through inspection, and one of the crew touched up the few areas we had noticed on the walk-through. I was thrilled with the results, and especially with the colors that Megan selected. I highly recommend Tall Pines painting.

Got an estimate for painting the exterior of a two story house. They came it higher than our original estimate from another painter so we did not use them. There was a little delay in getting the estimate, but in all they were responsive and punctual.

Bryan Kelly was very prompt and thorough in providing his estimate. Carlos, the project manager, Jose and the rest of the crew did a great job with the painting. They were prompt and kept the job site clean at the end of each day. We had some weather delays, but I was always informed about their schedule. During the walk through after the work was completed, we requested that some sliding doors be repainted, and this work was done promptly and to our satisfaction. The detail work in painting the trim a different color was well done. We would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

What stood out about him was his professionalism and utmost professionalism of the crew he uses. Their work was excellent. It was expensive but you get what you pay for. The price was fair; they were here painting for seven days. I would give him an A+ but I would just give the price an A.

Mark is extremely professional, meticulous, and a very talented painter and hard worker who pays close attention to every detail. He did a wonderful job, my living room and hallways look incredible and he is a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Tall Pines, and intend to use them for more painting jobs in the future.

Called and SCHEDULED an appraisal for 2pm 8/9/12. Received a call hours before asking if I could confirm basically that I had the money to spend on the job, roughly 8k by the info I provided on the phone. I thought that was strange but ok. Went ahead and confirmed the appraisal time, Tall Pines never showed. No show, no call, no courtesy. A company that can't even keep a scheduled appointment has no business being in business.

The price was high. In the future, I would get another bid; I would see what they have to offer.

This was a small job that needed to be done, but from the initial phone call to set up the estimate to the day of work, Bryan, the owner was courteous and professional and I never felt like it was too little of a job. Estimate came out to be the lowest of the three we received and it was a correct estimate on the amount of time the project would take to complete, so there was no extra costs. The work was completed well. Would highly recommend.

We ran out of time getting our house on the market and needed them to paint our deck. They came and did a great job.

I called Tall Pines to schedule an appointment for a free estimate on an interior paint job. A very pleasant woman (the only reason I didn't rate this company with an "F") scheduled an appointment for the following week. A few days later, she called to reschedule because of a "family emergency." Although I wanted to get started on the project as soon as possible, I decided to continue with the rescheduled appointment. I wanted to get a couple of bids on the project & the reviews seemed very positive on Angie's List, so I waited on this company. THE DAY OF our appointment, the guy calls and cancels. He said they were too busy and weren't interested in the job (would have to schedule my job too far out). So, after waiting on this company for almost two weeks, I'm going to have to start over with another company to get a second bid. It would have been nice to know they were too busy up front instead of stringing me along for close to two weeks. Thanks for nothing.

I made an appointment with Bryan to give me an estimate for the work to be completed. From the beginning, I was impressed with his professionalism and willingness to follow-up without prompting. He detailed the work to be completed and discussed options, including using a higher quality solid stain on the fence instead of a paint. He also worked directly with my HOA in order to get them to approve the use of a stain instead of paint. Once scheduled, the painters showed up on time and moved items and masked areas off to keep over spray from getting onto mulch, siding, planters, etc. They finished up in the timeframe promised, and did an excellent job. While Tall Pines is more expensive than some other companies, their professionalism and quality will lead me back to them the next time I need painting completed.

They were really attentive to detail and customer service oriented. They were meticulous. They just had really good customer service and they did a really good job.
