Called for an appointment for an estimate. They were prompt and professional. I did not use their service, however, as their estimate what quite a bit higher than similarly rated Angie's List providers.

Bryan and his team did an amazing job. They took two days to prep the house - including power washing - then a day and a half to paint the first two coats. Then we looked over all of the work and agreed that a third coat was necessary. That took one more day. Bryan made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. The house looks fabulous, the work was highly professional, and they cleaned up every drip from the paint before leaving. I will definitely hire them for any more painting I need, and recommend them highly.

Our experience with Tall pines was excellent. Bryan had great communication and was very professional. He sent Ricardo and a crew of 3 others. Ricardo was wonderful! The whole crew was very professional, punctual and hard working. They did a thorough job and were more than happy to answer questions along the way! So glad we found them on Angie's list!

Overall it was a great experience working with Tall Pines. They painted the entire exterior of my house and stained my deck. The end product was high quality and it was done at a good price. Bryan is very responsive and committed to satisfying his customers. The paint crew leader Ricardo was very friendly and made sure everything was done to high quality and that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were timely in their estimate. He said I would get it within 48 hours online and I did.

Tall Pines was one of three companies I contacted for a bid to repaint the exterior of my house. Their bid was very close to one other company and completely acceptable to me. But it was their service that was beyond acceptable. Jorge, the crew chief, addressed every item of concern. The prep work they did was extremely thorough and every time I had a question it was answered. Because of a series of spring snow storms, our job got delayed more than once to ensure that the overnight temperatures would be high enough to be sure the paint dried/cured properly. This created an additional obstacle as Tall Pines had to work around another contractor who was installing a new front porch. It was never an issue. Whenever I am doing major home repairs or improvements, I am more concerned with the quality of work than the lowest b id. Tall Pines delivered in both areas and I would not hesitate to use them again. I have already recommended them to neighbors who are also looking to paint their homes. They called me back and set up the appointment very quickly. When they arrived they were professional, got to work and got it done, even in the rain! I was very impressed.

The entire experience with Tall Pines was outstanding. My first contact was with office personnel who were professional and eficent. I was told Bryan would call me regarding a time for the service. He called within an hour and we agreed on a day for him to perform the service. On the morning of the day we agreed upon, he arrived at mid-morning and performed the gutter and downspout cleaning. It took approximately one hour. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Tall Pines and will use them in the future and inform friends and neighbors of the great service.

Another great experience using Tall Pines Painting. Requested a bid on their website and was promptly contacted about setting up an appointment. A small crew from Tall Pines came and knocked out the work and did a great job. I have used them in the past and have always had great service from them. Highly recommended.

Got a 40hr for $999 Big Deal. Established contact in Dec 2012 and set the painting date for March 4, 2013. Estimte was timely and fair.Painters arrived on time, fully prepared to execute the contract. Richardo, the crew chief was professional in every step of the work and he went out of his way to help us. The 2 man crew finshed all work in 38 hrs and we are to be credited for the remaining 2 hrs not used. It was an exceptionally good experience with great craftsmen.

We bought the "painter for the week" deal through Angie's List. If we had picked the right color brown right away it would have been perfectly fine with the coupon, but Jorge had to spray the railing a few times until we actually had the color that looked right. So we had to pay a bit extra on top of the coupon, since we went over in man hours. No problem. They cleaned up every day so we could go upstairs and at the end of the job they asked for left over paint of the existing colors to do touch ups here and there. I would definitely use them again. Great job!

Bryan was very personable and professional when he visited us to estimate the job. He indicated that he would get us a bid that same evening and might be able to do the job to meet our time line. Two days later we had to call to get a status. He informed us that he couldn't get to our job for at least 3 more weeks so he didn't do a bid for us.

I had 2 stalled out interior paint projects. The Deal was 40 "man hours" of painting & that was enough to get the most pressing project done & much more. Tall Pines sent Mark & he did an excellent job. He was very neat & followed all my instructions. He went above & beyond stripping wallpaper & helping me fix a length of broken moulding. Both the bathroom & kitchen look great. I would not hesitage to call on Tall Pines again.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this job. They did fine; they did my house but not the garage. We did not know they would not do the garage, but that is not a big deal. They did a good job and I was pleased with what they did. They were on time.

The painter, Mark, arrived on time every day, and was very courteous, friendly and nice to have around. Mark's work was excellent. I am a perfectionist-type and he met my expectations without my asking. Mark's pride in his own work was obvious in his attention and commitment to detail. His daily cleanup was extraordinary. Because his work was so good, I retained Tall Pines for additional work. And I have no doubt that I will be calling them again.

Communication with the owner was quick and thorough. He advised us on paint choices and was flexible in scheduling the painters. Jorge quickly assessed the job, and then they got busy. We were surprised by how much work they did. It's a pleasure to work with real professionals. Their attention to detail is impressive. They applied a bead of caulk at the baseboards and other seams, which we probably would never do. That gave everything a very neat appearance. We knew at all times where they were going to be working, so our job was just to stay out of the way and answer questions. Cleanup was thorough every day. When the work was done, we were beyond satisfied.

Bryan was extremely responsive and helpful. We were scheduled right away. The work is beautiful. The cabinets were sanded, primed and painted, just as we were told. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We had a great experience overall with Tall Pines Painting. Bryan got back to me right away when I submitted a web request for an estimate and showed up a few minutes early for our appointment. The quality of the work was very high, the company was responsive to all our concerns before and during the process, and we weren't invoiced for services until Bryan was sure that we were completely satisfied with the work that was done. One added optional bonus--at a slight added cost given the overall expense of painting a house--was that Tall Pines works with a color consultant. We also give Meg high marks for her color suggestions that took us a little outside what we thought we wanted. We ended up with a beautiful and classy paint job that has received many positive comments from our neighbors.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list for this service. The amount I paid is not relevant when considering services at a non-coupon price. The service was gutter-cleaning, and Tall Pines was very thoughtful when scheduling the job: they suggested waiting awhile when I tried to schedule in October so that most of the leaves would have a chance to fall and the gutters would stay cleaner longer. I did wait until mid-November and they were very easy to work with. They came out when scheduled, touched base with me so I would know they were there, then quietly with no fuss cleaned the gutters, removing all the residue when they left. Prior to this I had hired them to paint the exterior of my house, along with one room inside my house. Everything went well, the house and room look great, and I had absolutely no complaints. I will hire them again, and recommend them to anyone needing some painting (and gutter cleaning) done.

I bought this coupon because my lawn guy usually does my gutters and doesn't get the gutters completely free of debris. I thought by hiring a professional I wouldn't have any additional clean up. I emailed Bryan Kelly on 11/28 to set up a time to clean the gutters. He emailed back on 11/29 at 11:22 am that he could clean them that day. I didn't read the email until that evening and responded then that Sat or Wed (12/1 or 12/5) would work for me. He emailed back on 12/1 that he had already cleaned them on 11/29. They came onto my property without my permission, left my gate open, didn't cleanup after themselves, my cat got out of the backyard, and I have to clean up the dead branches, and debris left on my fencing and around the perimeter of my house. I hired a professional this time to save time and it only added time and anxiety. (My cat is fine.)

The Tall Pines Painting crew was a delight to work with. Bryan emailed with us before coming over, then came over to firm us the estimate. He came with the crew (Ricardo and Gerardo) for the initial meeting and then let the crew get to work. They did a great job, showed up every morning or gave a really good reason why they wouldn't be coming today (need to let the polyurethane cure, for instance). The crew was detail oriented and cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving. If would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Gutter cleaning "Big Deal" from late summer - but the offer timing allowed flexibiltiy, so we waited until after the leaves had fallen. The Tall Pines provider was delayed by one day, but called with apologies. The provider presented himself as friendly and capable. I stressed safety, and he acknowledged- but I didn't observe him utilizing any fall protection. He completed the job in a straightforward manner, was polite, and conscientious. No complaints. Although we don't have a large gutter system, the offer was a good value in my opinion. I would certainly consider using Tall Pines Painting again.

Bryan Kelly arrived when promised and did an outstanding job cleaning the gutters. He cleaned up the debris and you couldn't even tell he had been there. Good job!
