Bryan and his team are amazing -- professional, courteous, timely and respectful. They were on time every day, and honestly, just got right to work! They kept us posted as the project progressed and did 2 walk through's when we were done to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied. (I'm happy to say we are!) I would not hesitate to recommend this company for this service -- they are absolutely top shelf.

Worker arrived on time, was professional and meticulous in his work I have used Tall Pines in the past for internal painting and will use them again for any needs I may have. They are exceptionally professional in everything they do.

The crew did a great job painting the exterior of my house. My disappointment is with Bryan, the owner. He is very charming and when he came to view the job, he made some promises, including that he owed me extra time because I provided the paint and primer. I showed him some areas that he said they would paint. When the crew showed up, they were only scheduled for the time on the coupon and I didn't get the extra time as promised. Also, they didn't do a couple of the things Bryan said they would do because they said it would take primer (which I supplied) but there wasn't time to put on the primer and paint it. I emailed Bryan afterwards to tell him my disappointment and he said "Thank you again for your business. I forgot to mention to Jorge about any extra time. Hopefully the guys worked extra hard to make up for it."

I need extensive painting done and called because of a full page ad in a local ad magazine which included a coupon for a discount on whole house painting. The young woman who answered took my information, and I never heard anything again from them. I guess they don't really men to honor any discounts that they offer.

No service. Contacted contractor for quote. Was informed the value of the coupon was equal to 8 hours of labor ($320) and two cans of pain ($50). This is significantly less than the advertised price. I had expected it would cover two people for the full day. Contractor has been cordial and responsive throughout. Thanks.

Bryan Kelly came out to look at the job and provided us a quote on-line. We spent some time with him looking for recommendations from him as to what should be done for the best preservation of the trim. I was initially interested in also having the deck painted with some type of coating. He felt that since the deck was Tigerwood there is no reason to protect it and if we started we would have to have it done every few years. I agreed with him and so the scope of his work became smaller. I appreciated his honesty even if it meant his job would be smaller. Bryan was good at keeping us informed of the start date. First few days were dedicated to using a spray washer to clean the stain of the trim and make sure everything was ready for the painters. When the painters arrived they spent a few days just sanding the wood and making sure the stain would adhere as designed. The workers were very friendly and took time to let us know just what they were doing every day of the job. When the painting started I watched closely, because the last thing I wanted was stain slopped our home. No need to worry they were all meticulous with their work and even the out of sight corners were painted with great attention to detail. Bryan has some first rate craftsmen. Vicente and Oscar did most of the work and I am not able to say enough as to the care they took with their work. At one point during the staining we has some rain so they left the job for a few days and let us know they would be back on a certain day and they did as they had said. Once the work was done we made a final inspection so that they could touch up any areas we wanted. That inspection did not take long because they had done such a fine job. Well done to Bryan and his team of painters. All was cleaned up and we could not be happier with the work they did.

Did great job. Very friendly in person and by email. Gave us estimate by email based on photos, and stuck to the estimate. Only drawback was that it took awhile to get us into their schedule, quite a bit of back and forth trying to nail down dates. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Bryan met with me and was very thorough asking questions and taking notes to prepare a bid. His cooperative attitude regarding working around other contractors schedules was exemplary. His crew was professional and polite and did a very complete prep job and excellent painting. Complete masking of non painted areas kept the paint where it should be. They came back for minor touch ups. Most of the touch ups were not their fault but flaws created by other contractors and still Tall Pines did not bill me any extra. A very professional firm who I would recommend to anyone. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to award the contract to them.

Very good quality work.. We had a few areas areas of concerns and they came right back to fix it.

I received bids from 4 different paint companies, 3 of which had very high ratings through Angies List. Bryan did not give me the lowest bid but his price was very reasonable compared to 3 of the bids. I spoke at length to every bidder to learn about the kind of paint they use, the way they prep the house, and the way they apply the paint. I chose Tall Pines Painting for their far superior process. I think Bryan called it "back brushing" where they spray the paint on and go back over every bit of it with a brush. I only paid for one coat of paint but it looks like I got three coats. Our house gets hammered by the sun during the day so it was important to me to have a thick coat of paint that would last a very long time. Our neighborhood is right at the age where everyone is just now needing new paint and a lot of the homes have been newly painted this summer. I can easily say you can see a huge difference between the quality of our paint job compared to our neighbors. I am extremely particular with having very clean and straight paint lines and they did an amazing job of that. There was no overs spray anywhere at all and not a single drop of spilled paint. I am extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism from Tall Pines Paint and would highly recommend them.

Personable and professional, did a great job cleaning out gutters and also bagging up all the tree junk he cleared out.

I purchased a deal trough Angies List for Tall Pines Painting. I knew the scope of my project would be greater than the cost of the deal I purchased. Bryan was quick to provide an estimate for additional services. His crew did a wonderful job and were able to finish the project below the cost that was estimated. I would recommend Tall Pines Painting.

Found this provider through Angie's List. They lived up to the good reviews. There are very busy, no doubt because of their good work. Finished the paint job in two days, Very meticulous, very clean. Covered the pathway from the front entrance to the paint job with a plastic runner. They were a great help in color selection.

The crew that came to my house were extremely professional and polite. They made sure to leave the house as clean as possible after working. They painted all the walls and all the trim in the entire house and stained my new front door. I was a little shocked that with a job this big - the owner, Brian, who came to my house to give me the bid; did not come to see the finished project.

They responded quickly, the estimate was professional and answered all my questions, work was scheduled quickly. The painters were very nice people and very hard-working, and their work was of high quality. I would absolutely use them again.

Shortly before the appointment, they cancelled the appointment by sending an email with no explanation as to why they were cancelling.

Difficult to reach owner by phone. Never received estimate. Will not consider hiring them as I've had to hound them for an estimate--what would they be like once given a deposit.

I found Bryan/Tall Pines through an Angie's List Deal. Bryan did a great job of helping me decide which colors to choose for my bathroom and provided a speedy estimate so the project could get started/finished without a long, long waiting period. I appreciate that very much. Dylan did an OUTSTANDING JOB painting the areas mentioned above. HE, LIKE BRYAN, IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! I AM VERY, VERY PLEASED. My bathroom looks brand new, and the outside appearance improved greatly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these outstanding people! They get an A-plus++++++++++ from me. Don't look anywhere else for your painting projects. Go with THE BEST!

They were responsive, timely, and professional. Although we were located in SE Denver, their personnel were able to meet to provide a timely estimate and assistance with color options for the house. A few weeks later they arrived early in the morning to begin painting the house. Jorge, the team leader, worked with my husband on any questions they had during the day. They completed the job by 5pm that afternoon, after ensuring we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use their services in the future! Thank you

It went fine. They came out this month and this was by mutual consent. There was not a problem, just that the weather was not good. There was a $50 extra charge because I didn't like what was going on, which was not their fault. It was my fault and misinterpretation. So I sent them home and then I had to call back so I paid them an extra amount for gas but that was voluntary on my part. They're very professional. They seem to be very honest, to know what they were doing. They were pleasant people.

Our very large wood deck was in very bad shape from a poor application of water-based stain. It was peeling so bad that it had to be stripped and sanded down to the bare wood. First of all, Bryan, the owner, did a very good job of explaining how important the proper preparation of the deck along with the oil-based stain product for Colorado's weather would mean a lasting stained finish. The crew spent many hours sanding down the deck to the bare wood, hand painting the stain on and making sure it was evenly applied. Our foreman, Dylan, took a lot of pride in his workmanship, and the deck looks great with the natural grains showing through the wood. In fact, it looks like a new deck. Tall Pines gave me an excellent warranty that stands behind their service. I would definitely use them in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal $99 for $200 worth of Painting and Staining. Dylan came out and completed this job by himself and he was very very good. He was meticulous and it was obvious that he really takes pride in his painting. They worked around my schedule and when he was complete he asked me to go from each room and look at every wall to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I was so impressed with Dylan and his job was superb. I plan on calling him to give me an estimate for exterior painting.

Bryan was very professional and had some great suggestions for us during the estimate phase. The crew did a great and very detailed job. Dylan especially was very accommodating and professional-always doing that little extra.
