Overall it was a great experience with them. They were very professional and responsive. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They were really attentive to detail and customer service oriented. The customer service was just excellent and they did a good job. I think we got what we paid for.

I called them to schedule a convenient time for touch ups. They were able to work me into their schedule at a time convenient for me. They arrived on time and had all the necessary tools. They are always very neat and tidy. They completed all of my requests in a very timely manner.

I called Tall Pines and requested someone to call me to set up an appointment for estimate of painting and staining the interior of my home. The next day, Bryon, the owner called me and set up an appointment to come over. The appointment was within a couple days. Bryon came over and listened to what I wanted painted in my house and stained. We talk about color, as I wanted the house to look like a show house and he suggested to go with a white or light tan. We then walked around the house and I showed him places I needed some dry wall repaired and how I would like it fixed. He then figured out worked on a estimate for me and it was less then I expected. So I told him I would like for him to do the work for me. I also told him in two weeks I was going on vacation in two weeks and asked him if he could do the work while I was gone. He agreed to do the work while I was gone. Prior to me leaving on vacation, Bryon returned with small cans of paint and paint small area on my wall so I could pick the color I wanted the house to be painted. He spend close to 2 hours helping me on the colors. When I returned from my vacation, which was a Saturday, I opened the door and found my place was totally painted and stained and all the dry wall repared, that I could not tell there was prior damage. I was very happy with everything he did. As the weekend on went by, I did notice a few areas that needed redoing and one place they had forgot to put up the drapes correctly. I was planning on calling him Monday, after my trip, but before I did, Bryon called me and wanted to know if I was happy with everything. I told him almost everything was perfect except for a few items. I explained to him my concerns and he said they would come over on Wednesday to fix it. I figured he would sent an employee of his out. Bryon actually came out with 2 employees and fixed all of my concerns. I was very happy. It is too bad more companies don't have the same consurmer service as Tall Pines!

The weather turned out to be perfect that week, and the crew worked efficiently and competently. They were pleasant to have around and finished the job in a few days. The house is rather old and the windows are wood-framed casements that have been painted several times before. They opened and closed all right, but had little additional clearance for more paint. Bryan Kelly, the owner, told us that the windows might stick for a week or so. They did more than that. None of them worked well, some refusing to open and most unable to close entirely. When we reported this to Bryan, after a month had passed, he sent Carlos and los dos Ricardos to work on them. They scraped and sanded for several hours and got them working again. They replaced screens and even washed some of the windows that had gotten smudged. So in the end, we are very pleased with the job. It was a pleasure to have the work done by professionals who knew what to do and how to do it. They were generous about doing a few small extras not specified in the contract. We would recommend Tall Pines to anyone who has painting to be done.

Company and painters showed up on time. Foreman 'huddled' with the painters so that everyone understood what paint went on what walls. Floors and furniture was covered and painting commenced. This was a two day job, so had a walk thru on day 1 for any problems and a final walk thru on day two. I would I hire them again and would recommend them for your painting needs.

I found Bryan to be very easy to work with. He kept me informed about the whole painting process, the expected time frame and answered all of my questions. His staff (Geraldo and crew) were very professional and extremely hard working. They were polite and completed the job within the expected time frame. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their painting service.

Tall Pines Painting did an outstanding job on the interior painting for our commercial space. They were prompt, professional, and most importantly very good at their craft. The owner Bryan gave us a competitive quote and followed up after the job to make sure everything was 100% to our liking. We will definitely be using Tall Pines again.

I was very happy with them. They do excellent work. They give you a total estimate upfront and don't add things on at the end. Whatever they quote you is what you pay. They are very honest.

After purchasing our home we decided to have the complete interior painted. We received several bids for this job then selected Tall Pines Painting. The owner came personally to evaluate the project. We were quickly impressed by his knowledge, observations of anticipated prep-work and thorough details of how and what they would do to accomplish the job to our satisfaction. It was clear he was there to do quality job. He was receptive to our imput and suggestions, as well. After receiving a fair bid, the project was scheduled. Once the project got underway the crews were conscientious, thorough, and respectful of our property and concerned with detail. They were always punctual and contacted us anytime circumstances may have delayed them, which was rare. Even though the painting crew clearly knew what they were doing, the owner still checked on progress and quality of work throughout the project. On the last day of this 5 day project the owner arrived and made a thorough review. The owner followed up with several phone calls after the project to ensure there were not issues that needed to be addressed. He actually personally returned a week later to evaluate with fresh eyes for any small touch-ups that may be required. We are impressed by their customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. We found our painters for any future painting needs.

Bryan came out promptly to give us an estimate for interior painting work. We had 2 "mission critical" rooms and then we started to think about expanding the job. Bryan came back within 24 hours with a complete estimate that encompassed every detail we discussed. He separated the estimate out by room so we could pick and choose which things we wanted to do. I got a second estimate from another highly rated Angie's list painting company and the prices were pretty much dead on. The price was reasonable enough that we were able to do everything on our list. They also provided us with the services of a color consultant for free. I liked the responsiveness and professionalism of Bryan (plus, no "hard sell"), so we chose Tall Pines. I was NOT disappointed. On the first day through the last, they arrived exactly on time and ready to go. The whole team was professional and extremely polite. I had originally planned to be at home for the entire time the were in our house, but I actually felt quite comfortable with giving them access to the house. The team members are clearly well trained, professional painters. They worked hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. Given the extent of our job (6 areas/rooms in a 7 room house!), there was a lot of upheaval, but they kept things organized and cleaned up each day. The guys at Tall Pines are clearly perfectionists, and I had a hard time finding anything to point out to them for touch up on the final walk through. My main regret is that I didn't know about them 2 years ago when I had the exterior of my house painted! I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again!

The quality of the work performed was excellent. They did an excellent job with the level of detail, and the work was completed on time and within budget. I would strongly recommend them.

We've been using Tall Pines since 2008. Bryan & his crew always exceed our expectations--we have high expectations! I sent Bryan an email asking when he could clean our interior windows & received a reply within a day. He asked me our schedule & we set a date that worked for our household. Bryan kept in touch in the time leading up to the date to make sure we were still on & that the date we set still worked for us. Bryan showed up on time & ready to work! The job was completed on time & the price was exactly what we agreed upon. Bryan also took the time for me to show him some interior painting we want done. Professional, courteous, on time, clean, attention to detail & never shocked by the invoice/bill. Tall Pines is one of the FEW companies that don't require 50% plus down in order to start the job. Bryan noticed some touch up work that needed to been done to the outside of our house & said that they would be back in the Spring! Tall Pines is the only company we've hired more than once! Wish these guys did remodeling!

Overall the experience was great. One of the owners came out and gave me an estimate after reviewing the house dimensions and needs. The owner explained the whole process and told me what to expect. I needed the project done within a short period of time due to HOA issues and they told me they could get the work done in the required time-frame. After getting a couple of other quotes, I chose Tall Pines because I felt most comfortable with them. They weren't the cheapest but were reasonable. They scheduled the job to be done in a couple of weeks. Due to some weather the date had to move a week but they kept me informed the whole time and came when scheduled. The crew showed up and finished the job in 3 days. There was one spot that needed to be changed, they painted an area the wrong color but they came out and fixed it promptly. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and the quality and timeliness of the work was fantastic. I recommend them highly.

I spoke to the owner of the company who was very personable and prompt in calling me back. He came to my house for an estimate, and the work was done very well. The paint crew was especially nice and very professional. They came to my house to make sure I was happy with the work before I wrote a check. I do recommend them to anyone who is particular about quality of the painting. Worth what I paid. I know it will still look good for years because of the quality paint used and the care of the work.

There was not a single thing to be disappointed about. They are true professionals in every way.

Tall Pines personnel were on-time, very professional, friendly and did outstanding work.. I will use them again, not only for the exterior, but also for the interior. We highly recommend them.

Excellent work - the house was power-washed, and then Martin and Jose spent the first day just prepping (we have vinyl siding and the last trim job was probably 20 years ago) and caulking, and then another day and a half painting. They were punctual, polite and very efficient. They also cleaned up every evening, even re-hooking our hoses - we have a somewhat overgrown garden and nothing at all was damaged. There was a final walk-around before payment, to be sure all was well, and a couple of very minor 'paint line' issues were fixed on the spot. These are the sort of people you dream of working with! - we'll call them for any painting jobs in the future.

The estimator arrived on time, but then disappeared in the middle of the estimate. Apparently he decided to leave without a word. I left him a voice message, but never heard back, nor did I ever receive an estimate. Very disappointing given the great reviews.

Their estimate was about $ 14000. They were very nice and professional. They came when they said and they sounded very knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. Their price was very high.

We had to work with our HOA on colors, which caused delays. They were very patient working with our delays and got to our project as soon as they could once we were approved. They are VERY responsive to concerns. We had concerns about the sheen of the paint after the first day of painting, and both Bryan and Aaren called us and followed up via e-mail to address our concerns. They were available to talk at night, did not say, "We'll talk about this tomorrow." It was clear that they wanted us to be happy customers. They are friendly and easy to work with. During the job, all of the workers were so neat. They covered all of the windows. They put the ladders away and put all our stuff (like door mats) back in place every day. Anything we asked them to touch up, they did, but we really didn't have many requests for touch-ups; they're very thorough. The outside of the house looks fantastic. They even painted my chicken coop to match the house. I will be hiring them again when I need interior rooms painted, and I hope they are still around when I need the exterior painted again. They did such a good job, it should last a long while. Bottom line: They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. Their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of their work.

I called for an estimate for some exterior painting and staining, the owner Bryan Kelly came out and gave me a price and assured me all painted surfaces would be repainted, the siding was to be scrubbed with TSP and the deck would be stained. And all work would be guaranteed. That sounded good so I accepted his bid, the project manager showed up to walk the job and plan the work schedule. We had to work around the weather so he could not get exact days and we had to wait for a couple of dry days and that was fine but he promised me a call to check back on Monday but no call came, The next day he left a message on my phone that it looked they could power wash the siding the next day and hope to finish painting and staining by the end of the week. The two painters started the trim work and the deck staining and the lead painter was quite good but the other one was not so good. They seemed to be in quite a hurry and when I questioned them they advised me the project manager told them that he had promised me completion on that Thursday that was news to me since I had not talked to him since the original walk through only had a phone message no completion dates were promised or needed. I was with them when they got two cell calls from their company about finishing up faster. Couple of hours after they left the project manager called me about picking up the money and getting their equipment I had told him we could do it the next morning since I had other work to complete that day, a few hours later while I was working in my yard he just showed up so I paid him and he collected his equipment. He actually caught me touching up an area that his men had missed, I was in the middle of other things so I went ahead and paid the invoice and I was promised a call back in two weeks to make sure I was happy and if they missed any spots… Four weeks and three days and someone finally calls and leaves a message... I have since corrected most of the problem spots. They seemed more concerned about getting payment and moving on to the next job than providing a high quality job and their customers satisfaction. I am currently looking for a new painter on Angies list I hope the next one works out.
