She slandered my husband as a "blackmailer", because he had called her to negotiate the commission fee, because she had noy done "anything"! She told him during that conversation to **** off and have a nice life. "Overall", egregiously poor professional behavior! "Do Not" use her for your real estate needs!
Description of Work: Ms. Dowell followed my husband & I to a residential community where we had previously looked at homes. She registered herself as our realtor at the sales office, but never helped us after that day to negotiate, finance or close on the house we purchased. She showed up at the closing and walked out with $12,000. She walked out of the closing midway through the signing process.
