Never used them, but Angi won’t let me dismiss the project so I’m writing this.

Allen worked with me to divide up the work--I dug the egress well and his team cut and installed the window. There were several tasks we didn't discuss in detail (removing the existing window, disposal of the concrete), but he took care of everything. He also couldn't find the exact size window he quoted, and so gave me a larger window. The whole time I was kind of wondering if he would come back with a change order or upcharge, but no, he did it all at the originally agreed price. What a pleasant experience!

Allen was awesome. He was quick to schedule a quote, quick to pull a permit and get stamped drawings, and quick to schedule the work. The cuts in the foundation were neat and the framing for the new window was too. The new window, well, grate, & cover well all very nice and new. Highly recommend.
