National Property Inspections

Doug was kind enough to go to the home a few days early to set the radon test so that we could have the results at the time of inspection. He took the time to walk us through the home and show up important items such as water shut off, main electric breaker, gas shut off, sprinkler shutoffs, etc. He took photos of many areas that we weren't interested in climbing around to see, such as the insulation in the attic. We were provided with a summary of items that were concerning, followed by a thorough 53 page report. Doug was personable and professional from initial contact to delivery of out report. I would highly recommend Doug, and will use him again, should we buy another home in the future.
